"JUST TRUST ME, YOU'LL BE FINE.""DON'T SAY ANYTHING WITHOUT A LAWYER." was never something Andie thought would come out of her mouth.
The federal agents had also came to Andie's apartment, taking pictures of everything that even remotely involved Peter Parker. Along with May, Ned, MJ, and even Gwen Stacy.
Andie was getting interrogated, she was angry. This was ridiculous. "I'm not saying anything without a lawyer." she demands, with a phoney smile.
The agent sighs. "Ms. Rosier—" she gets cut off.
The male agents face looked irritated as Andie cuts her off. "Rosier." corrects Andie with the proper french pronunciation.
The agent, Agent Cleary, looked startled. "Rosier." she repeated, trying to pronounce it properly. Andie shook her head, as Agent Cleary said her last name very wrong. "I'm not going to get that right, may I call you Andrea?" she asks, with her nasally voice.
Andie rolls her eyes, "Andrea." she re — pronounced in the french way.
Agent Cleary sighs once again. "I just want to ask you some very simple questions." she changed the subject.
It was a fight for Andie not to roll her eyes, she wanted to remain as neutral as possible. "Lawyer." she reminds.
Another sigh leaves the agents lips. "Why do you want a lawyer if —" it was clear he hated teenagers.
Andie cuts her off. "— If I have nothing to hide?" she assumes. Honestly, Andie wouldn't know any of this if it weren't for MJ. MJ was very interested in the law, and she loved to talk about her interests.
Agent Cleary nodded. "Exactly. Unless you are hiding something." he speculated.
Andie quickly waves, and smiles at a small camera in the corner of the room. "Lawyer!" she sang.
"Please just answer the question, it's very simple. I've read your file. You are a smart young woman with a bright future ahead of you. Why would you risk it all by getting involved with a vigilante like Peter Parker?" Agent Cleary asks, getting Andie riled up.
She huffs. "Spider — man has been nothing but a help to New York, and the world, actually, in the past few years. Peter would never hurt anyone." she argued.
Agent Cleary tsk'ed. "Well, clearly he would." he snickered. "If there was nothing to hide, why did you willingly hide Peter Parker's alternate identity?" she pried.
She basically saw red. This man kept coming for her boyfriend, the boy she loved, and Andie did not like it. "It wasn't my secret to tell. Plus, who wants their identity released when half of the population doesn't like you because of nothing?!" Andie yelled back. She needed to stop herself but couldn't. Word vomit.
Agent Cleary was a man with some nerve. He knew how to hit the soft spots, he knew what to say to get answers. He was good at his job. Fuck him.
The four teenagers sat outside of the interrogation room on a small bench. "He said what?!" Andie snapped, talking to Ned. According to Ned, Agent Cleary had accused Ned of being the number one accomplice. Like Peter being Spider — man was a crime. "I hate that man. I'm gonna kill him, I'm gonna kill him." she grunted.
MJ sighed, "He's despicable. And surprisingly good at his job, I almost starting talking. And that's me."
The group saw May storm out of the interrogation room, well — technically the agents had to let her out. But she must've said all she had to say. Her face was beet red out of anger, clearly the agent had gotten to her too.
