Today has been a pretty.. unproductive. McKenzie and my dad were throwing knives at this dart board for who knows what reason, Charlotte and Kelly were feeding Ally, Jasper was up at Junk N' Stuff, Schwoz was doing some science-y stuff like usual, then there's me and Henry who were watching videos of kids tripping over.
I know, I know, that's not nice.. blah blah blah.. but c'mon. It's funny.
We watched the video, laughing lightly from time to time from the kids falling.
"We are horrible people." Henry signed
"Yeah.."
McKenzie threw a knife on the board, the knife perfectly landing in the middle.
"Hey! No fair, you were cheating!" my dad whined
"No she wasn't, she just has better aim." Kelly rolled her eyes, holding up the milk bottle for baby Ally
"Nuh-uh!"
"Yuh-uh." Schwoz muttered back
"Just admit it, Ray. McKenzie has better aim than you." Charlotte stared at him
"Hah. See?" the older woman smirked teasingly at him
"Oh, shush. Anyone can do that with their eyes closed."
"Not you." I muttered, earning a giggle from Henry
"Oh yeah? Let's see you try it, young lady." my dad pulled the dagger out and handed it to me as I sat upright and closed both eyes
I was actually pretty unsure of how to aim it, so.. I just threw it in a random direction and hoped I didn't accidentally stab someone.
Everyone gasped as I opened my eyes, surprisingly, the dart landed in the middle of the dart board.
"Woah!"
"Damn!"
"Ohhhh!"
"You probably opened your eyes!" my dad spat out
"Okay.. then you close my eyes."
Schwoz handed me back the dagger as my dad put his hands over my eyes.
I froze for a moment, trying to aim the knife before I chucked it forward.
"Again?!"
"How?!"
I smiled cheekily as my dad removed his hands from my eyes.
"Hey, guys. Do you ever wonder what Jasper does upstairs all day?" McKenzie blurted out
"I don't know, he probably just--"
"I got a huge problem! I'm panicking and I'm freaking out!" Jasper bursted out the elevator and started pacing in the middle of the Man Cave.
