In the heart of Elysian, Keefe's heartbeat pounded loudly in his ears as he ventured deeper into the untamed wilderness, the echoes of his heavy footsteps bouncing off the colossal trees. It was an eerie silence broken only by the rustling of leaves and the occasional flutter of wildlife disturbed by his presence. Each step he took felt deliberate, and purposeful, as he navigated the bewildering expanse of this deadly arena.

Time lost its meaning in this foreign and hostile environment. What felt like minutes could have easily been hours, but Keefe had no way of knowing. He had forgotten to pack a watch, He couldn't help but think of Elwin and Fitz, back at the healing centre, most likely, probably, maybe filled with worry and concern. Elwin would surely be fretting, and Fitz, well, Fitz would most likely be seething with anger, struggling to hide his emotions, just as he always did. The mere thought of Fitz added a layer of urgency to Keefe's quest, propelling him forward with strong determination.

Despite his empathic abilities, Keefe encountered nothing that hinted at Sophie's presence. He used his power to feel for the emotions of any nearby elves, desperate for even the faintest hint that could lead him to her. But the wilderness remained silent, its secrets obviously well guarded by Elysian's foliage.

As Keefe continued his relentless search, his thoughts repeatedly returned to Sophie. He couldn't help but wonder what he would do if he found her she wasn't okay. The grim thought was too much to bear, so he pushed it away, focusing on the task at hand. His determination never wavered, not once as he knew Foster needed him now more than ever. Each step he took and every cry he shouted into the eerie stillness was just more proof of his resolve to bring her home.
