Everyone chucked seeing her face and Nandini just shook her head at her drama. 
"Arre meri pumpkin how can we forget you? Come here, gimme a huggie." Rudra cooed as he sat on his knees with his arms open. Anahita looked at him and ran inside in the room confusing everyone. But soon they saw her coming back without her school bag and something in her hand. She came and kept that thing on Rudra's hand to which he frowned.
He looked at Anahita who just gave him an innocent face and Nandini scrunched her brows. Shrugging, Rudra opened the cover and he smiled disappeared and he looked at Anahita with a straight face. Other looked at what it was and chuckled before their chuckles turned into laugh as Anahita gave a packet of Huggies diaper to Rudra. Nandini slapped her forehead and chuckled too.
"What is this Pumpkin?" Rudra whined and Anahita who was confused as why everyone was laughing looked at him.
"Huggie, Mamu. You asked naa? How budhu." And that doubled up the laughter while Rudra pouted and tickled Anahita making her giggle and squirming at her place. 
And then he took her in his arms and patted her head while looking at Nandini who adored the scene with mist eyes. 
She had always wished for her daughter to grow up in a family, a big one where she would enjoy her childhood with loads of love. And now seeing Anahita getting the love of her brothers made her heart felt happy. Though the family was incomplete, but she wasn't complaining about it, the little people she has in her life, is her real family.
"Ok, C'mon people. Let's get ready, we have to go to Malhotra Mansion for dinner as Nyonika Aunty and Raj Uncle invited us."
Everyone looked at Anika and smiled while Nandini's heartbeat quickened even listening about going at his place. She haven't seen him since two days, firstly when he didn't even called her after that day, she thought that he was angry on her. 
The fear in her heart gave birth to various negative thoughts but when Fab Four came to visit them and Cabir told her that how Nyonika literally grounded Manik for not coming home for two days, she felt relaxed. And they also told him that he wanted her to give some space and some time with her brothers, every other thought just vanished from her mind.
Only if she could tell that guy, that she doesn't need any space from him. She just needs him. 
And she will tell him.
Thinking about all this Nandini went into the room where Anika, Gauri and Bhavya were getting ready and Anahita was with her Mamu-s. In these two days she had well bonded with her three sisters-in-law who had become elder sister to her. They had been talking non stop, telling her about their love stories with their brothers. 
And Nandini was stunned hearing that Anika literally smashed Shivay's car windshield and threw cowdung cake on their first meet, would be an understatement of the year. Knowing Shivay, she knew how short tempered her brother is, so how Anika was alive after that incident is still a mystery to Nandini. 
And then knowing that Gauri and Omkara's first meet was also somewhat similar and Bhavya and Rudra's was funny had Nandini literally laughing with tears in her eyes. 
And after knowing how her brothers craved for her everyday made her cry too. 
"Arre Nandu, come inside. What are you waiting for? Get ready." Nandini nodded at Anika and was walking to the cupboard when Bhavya stopped her.
