Third POV:

The following times Octavia saw Robin weren't bad. But she decided to change for her. She was going to become the girl Robin wanted her to be.

But Octavia wasn't the only one who saw Robin...after Clarke took the final test Raven stepped into the room, hoping to change the decision.

The next thing Raven knew, she was in space. On the Ark.

"No way." Raven looked into space. Then she looked down, not seeing Earth. "Where's Earth?"

"About 42 billion light years away." A voice she knew well said. Raven turned around and saw Robin Reyes. Her little sister.

A smile came on Raven's face as she began walking towards her, but froze in her steps. She knew it was a test. It wasn't really her sister.

"You read our thoughts and take the form of someone we love." Raven realized.

"Very good." Judge Robin said.

"Can I still hug you?" Raven asked, wanting to hold her sister once more.

Robin nodded and Raven moved forward hugging her. She smelt the same, it felt like it was really her sister. When Raven pulled away judge Robin spoke up.

"You fear her judgement. Her opinion on you." Robin continued.

"She was the definition of perfect. We all feared her judgement. But, we're not here to talk about me." Raven denied.

"Why are you here? The test is over. As you know, Clarke failed." Robin informed, no emotion on her face.

"How can that be? Clarke sacrificed everything for us so that we didn't have to. She gave up her soul so we could keep ours." Raven argued.

"She committed atrocities." Robin continued.

"She was trying to save us." Raven disagreed.

"She doomed you. I'm sorry." Robin said, turning around.

"Are you?" Raven asked and Robin stopped. "Because to me, it looks like you don't feel anything. Have we made mistakes? Yes. Clarke, me, all of us, but we were just trying to survive. I'm not saying we're ready now, and if you don't want us to join you, fine...but at least let us live, keep trying to do better. We will. We have." Tears brimmed Raven's eyes, threatening to fall.

"You say you have, yet even now you are poised and on the brink of self-extermination. Look." Robin motioned behind Raven and she turned around and found herself looking at the battlefield. "You say you're trying to do better, but all I see are two tribes of frightened creatures willing to kill the other to save themselves."

"But they're not fighting." Raven began, looking at her people. "It was just a distraction. This proves nothing."

"They will fight, Raven, like they always do." Robin said, facing her.

"You can't possibly know that." Raven shook her head.

Robin turned her head, looking behind them and Raven saw Sheidheda. His gun aimed at the disciples.

"Stop! What the hell are you doing!?" Raven yelled at Sheidheda.

"They can't see or hear you." Robin said. "You cannot stop this. No one can."

Sheidheda fired his gun.

"Who fired!? No one respond!" Indra yelled.

"Listen to me. This is not the last war!" Levitt yelled to everyone, running in the middle of the field. "We don't achieve transcendence through violence. Cadogan was wrong. We're being tested right now, all of us. Put down your weapons!"

"You were saying?" Raven raised her eyebrow, looking at Robin.

All of a sudden Sheidheda fired his weapon and an instant blood stain was through Levitt. Then everyone began shooting. Then Octavia ran out, dodging the gunfire to get to Levitt. Echo ran out after her.

"Indra! Cover me!" Octavia yelled.

"Hold Fire!" Indra yelled.

Echo and Octavia carried Levitt to the side.

"Don't you see? Despite the beauty that humans are capable of, you can't break free from the cycle of violence. This is who you are. That's why you failed the test. It's time for us to go, Raven. The end of the human race is here." Robin began to walk off.

Raven watched as Indra used one of the prisoners cannons to kill Sheidheda the man turned to dust as everyone stopped firing and stared in shock.

"Enough!" Octavia yelled. Walking to the middle of the field. She stabbed her sword into the ground. "What the hell are we doing here? You swore an oath to fight for all mankind. Well, look around you! We are mankind! We are one crew! If I kill you, I kill myself. If we keep killing each other, there won't be anyone left to save! Our fight is over, Indra!"

Indra held up her sword, before throwing it on the ground. Wonkru threw their weapons down too. Raven smiled.

"We're unarmed. I know you're afraid to walk away from everything you've spent your lives training for. I am, too. My brother believed, as you do, that transcendence, whatever that means, is within reach. He died for that belief, and for that, he'll never get there, never transcend. I don't know what I believe, but I do know that if we fight this war we don't deserve to find out if he was right. We don't deserve to survive. We fail, we die." Octavia continued.

"She's reaching them." Raven told Robin as the disciples were listening.

"I've been to war, and let me tell you the only way to win...is not to fight. I lost someone I loved. She was the most important person to me and I ruined that. The people beside you are your family. Don't waste their lives fighting when we can achieve peace! I wish I knew it sooner." Octavia finished before running back to the others.

The disciples stood, before throwing his gun down.

"For all mankind." He said and the others repeated.

"I told you. We can change. We just need more time, please." Raven begged the judge, absolutely adoring Octavia's speech.

The judge accepted Raven's plead and granted everyone transcendence.
