MG walks into the cafeteria and moves over to a table with three witches, "Hey. Is this seat taken?" he asks. The witch moves her bag into the seat. "Okay. Guess so," MG mutters. MG moves to the table with Jed and Wade sitting down. "Boys. Nice to see some friendly faces," MG says. Jed ignores the vampire, "Seriously, Jed? After what you did, you're gonna dis me like this?" MG asks. "Look, dude, you're an even bigger pariah around here than I am. So as much as I appreciate you taking the heat off me, I-I can't," Jed says, getting up. "You coming?" Jed asks Wade. "Sorry, MG, but, uh, what you did to my boy Landon was messed-up," Wade says walking away with Jed.
"Poor MG," Caroline says. "Even though he lied," Caroline adds.
MG spots Kaleb walking through the cafeteria, "Yo, Kaleb. Need, uh, a hand with whatever this is?" MG asks. The vampire chuckles, "It's salt. Doc's going full Pokémon since that leprechaun showed up. And now he's got me setting up monster traps all around campus to try to catch the next one when it shows up, so..." Kaleb says. "And does Alaric still think that he is in charge," Kol says. "Because with the new name of the school, there is a new leader," Davina adds. "Caroline Forbes is the new Headmistress," Kol says. "Right," MG and Kaleb say. "But, this does sound like a good idea," Davina says. "Sounds like a job for two vampires," MG says. "Or a job for one vampire and one witch," Kaleb says. "I asked Cleo to help," the vampire adds. "So I guess everyone's just pissed at me," MG asks. "Can you blame 'em? I mean, what you did..." Kaleb says. "Total dіck move," Kol says, Davina swats at him and the Original laughs. "How the hell am I supposed to do that with you being all two-faced, MG?" Kaleb asks. "I will say one thing about this school. It has an abundance of candles," Cleo says. Kol and Davina chuckle, "You ready to go, Kaleb, or do you two need a moment?" Cleo asks. "Um... nah. Nah, uh... we're done for now," both vampires say in unison. Kaleb and Cleo walk away. "You are cruel," Davina says. "I was trying to get things out of them that our daughter is not going to tell us," Kol says. "Speaking of our daughter, where is she," Davina asks. Kol shrugs, "I don't know, but I bet that I can find my brother," Kol says. "Gazing at the Headmistress," Davina asks. "Obviously," Kol replies. "Come on, darling, let's go find our troublemaker," Kol says.
"Troublemaker," Grace whispers. "We would know best," Davina says. "That's true, you would," Grace says. Klaus looks at Kol, "Do you have to join our daughters in making digs at me," Klaus asks. "Where do you think our daughters learned everything they know from," Kol asks.
Hope and Lizzie finish setting up the spell while Faith sits down on the floor next to the spell. "I understand why you want to go charging into Mordor, but we don't even know if Frodo is still alive," Lizzie says. "If you don't want to be a part of the Fellowship, there's the door," Hope says. "I promised my mom and dad that I would help you and be your supernatural fact-checker, but I want you to manage your expectations, Hope," Lizzie says. "Darling," Grace says walking into the room. "I know you, and you'll keep looking whether we find proof or not," Lizzie finishes. "I'll burn that bridge once I come to it," Hope says. "That's what I'm afraid of," Lizzie deadpans. "Afraid of what, exactly?" Josie asks, walking into the room. "None of your business. Aren't you late for class?" Lizzie asks, steering Josie to the door. Grace and Faith look at Hope at the dark haired Saltzman's presence. "Uh, I was just looking for my chemistry textbook," Josie says. "And the door was open," Josie adds. "Nice try, Nosey Josie," Lizzie teases. "Fine. I heard about the ascendant. You're clearly doing a spell. And if it's about Landon, I mean, I can help," Josie supplies. "Speaking about the spell," Grace says. "Are you sure that this is the best time to do this spell," Grace asks. "What do you mean, you are just as eager to have the person able to kill the twins away as well," Hope says. "Given the school's current visitors, are we positive that the spell is a good idea," Grace asks. Faith looks between her cousins, "She's right," Faith says. "We will check for proof first and then bring in our parents," Hope says. Lizzie pushes Josie out of the room with a smile, "See you later, Jo," Hope says. "That was rude," Hope says. "My sister's supposed to be all about that Muggle life, not snooping around witchy stuff," Lizzie says. "And the last time that she 'helped', she shattered the Sandclock, became Darth Pigtails and damn near burned down this school, so ixnay on the magic talk around her," Lizzie says. "Works for me," Hope says, wanting to keep her away.
"You don't want to prove that you are able to do a super complicated spell to me," Kol asks. "Tell me, if I came to you with all of the information, would you let me do the spell without any interference," Grace retorts. Kol makes a face and shakes his head, "Can't say that I would allow that," Kol says. "Exactly," Grace says.
By the Old Mill, Kaleb and Cleo pour salt on the door jam. "L'agbara ina yi, o le loh. L'agbara ina yi, o le loh. L'agbara ina yi, o le loh," Cleo says. Flames burst out from the salt and then disperses. Kaleb chuckles, " Yo, that was hot," Kaleb says. Cleo scoffs, "You must say that to all the witches," Cleo teases. Both of them chuckle, "It is done. If a monster enters this space, it will be unable to leave it. Or any of the others we have consecrated," Cleo explains to Kaleb. "Cool. In that case, uh, pull up a cushion. Can get to know each other a little better while we wait," Kaleb says. "There is something I would like to know," Cleo asks. "All right," Kaleb says. "What was going on between you and MG earlier?" Cleo asks. "It's a Super Squad thing, a'ight? You wouldn't understand 'cause you ain't Squad," Kaleb says. "But I do know what it feels like to be at odds with a friend. Hope remains upset with me for what I did to that leprechaun, and... I am at a loss how to fix it," Cleo says. "Yeah, I hear that. MG...he's the homey, you know? I swore I'd always have his back. Then he made me vow to never give up on Landon, which is before the truth about him hiding the ascendant came out. Now that it has..." Kaleb explains. "It seems you cannot keep one vow without breaking the other," Cleo fills in. "Boom. So...unless there's some third option I'm not seeing, I'm-a just stay Switzerland till I can figure something out," Kaleb decides. There is silence between the vampire and witch for a second, "I have an idea," she says for a moment.
"Too many vows can lead to destruction," Grace says. "That's why it is important to only have one," Hope adds. "But sometimes only one is hard to keep," Faith says, looking at Elijah.
Prison World
The three Mikaelson girls and Lizzie appear right outside the burning gates of the Salvatore school in the prison world. "Well, at least one thing is clear. You certainly put the 'ass' in 'astral projection'," Lizzie complains. "If Landon had left you a message, why haven't MG, Grace or I seen it on any of our recon missions?" Lizzie asks. "That's what we're here trying to figure out, so maybe try helping," Hope deadpans. "Perfect. Then you guys can explain something to me," Lizzie says. "What would you like explained," Grace asks. "Why are we working so hard to get Landon out if he could end the supernatural world as we know it," Lizzie asks. "Because Malivore is here," Grace says. "And Malivore plus Landon will end the supernatural world," Faith says. "Oh," Lizzie says. "Okay, you've astral projected here before. So you can tell me the things that I'm not seeing," Hope says. "Anything that's changed," Faith adds. "I'm telling you, there is nothing diff..." Lizzie begins as she walks closer to the gate. The blonde pauses noticing part of a piece of paper. "Wait. This is new. It looks like a note or..." Lizzie says. "A message," Grace says. "But it's not there anymore," Faith says. "Maybe a gargoyle ate it?" Grace says. The wind blows and the rest of the note leaves the gate. "Or the wind blew it away," Hope says. "I mean, that thing could be anywhere," Faith says. "Not really," Grace says. Hope and Faith give their cousin a look, as Grace looks at the blonde. "Every day in a prison world is the same day, right? Which means the wind always does the same thing," Lizzie explains. "Look," Lizzie says as Grace picks up some grass to show that the wind blows the same. "See?" Lizzie asks.
"Even the wind patterns are the same in the prison world," Stefan asks. "Yeah," Kai says. "It's like 'Groundhog Day' only there is no one else to change the day," Kai adds.
