"I've heard that you and Keefe have been getting closer!"
Tam looked over his shoulder to see Biana behind him. Tam sighed and he shut his locker, turned around and faced Biana.
"As friends." Tam stated.

"Linh said that he won a huge plush for you at an arcade." Biana said, raising an eyebrow.
"He noticed I wanted that plush and plus he got himself some sweets anyway, so it's not as if he just got me something." Tam shrugged as he began to walk off.
Biana followed alongside Tam.

"Still. I thought you two were like rivals." Biana said, interlocking her arm with Tam's.
"That's going a bit too far." Tam raised an eyebrow at Biana.
"But we've decided to get along, for the sake of the Black Swan."
"Well, I think that there's something going on-" Biana began to tease Tam.

The two of them stopped as they looked up ahead to see Sophie by her locker with Keefe, leaning against the locker next to hers, smiling and seemingly flirting with Sophie.

"And I'm pretty sure they have something going on." Tam stated, looking at Biana.
Biana huffed as she continued to walk off, dragging Tam alongside her.
"Keefe likes to playfully flirt with Sophie, that means nothing. Especially since Keefe hasn't made a move on her yet." Biana stated.
"...Maybe he's waiting for her to make the first move." Tam shrugged.
Biana rolled her eyes.

"I grew up with Keefe, Tam. I know who he's into and who he isn't into." Biana said.
"And he's definitely not into Sophie."
Biana and Tam looked at each other and Tam rolled his eyes, scoffing as he smiled.
"Right... and you think he's into me?" Tam asked.

"Oh, hey Biana! Tam!"
Biana and Tam looked over at Sophie who was smiling and waving at them.
Biana smiled and waved back. Tam waved at Sophie before glancing at Keefe. Tam saw how Keefe kept his gaze on him and Tam looked away, hurrying Biana along.
"You saw the way he stared at you-" Biana began.
"We're just friends." Tam stated, smiling at Biana.

"C'mon, I'll walk you to your first lesson."
"Ugh, what a gentleman."

"Huh, that was weird." Sophie said, looking at Keefe.
Keefe kept his gaze on Tam and Biana for a moment longer before he smiled back at Sophie.
"They must be in a rush to get to their lessons like the nerds they are." Keefe said.
Sophie raised her eyebrows.

"Speaking of lessons, I need to get to mine and so do you." Sophie said, shutting her locker and walking off.
Keefe quickly followed alongside Sophie, wrapping his arm around her.
"I'll walk you to yours-!" Keefe began.
"Uhm, I'll walk you to your first lesson first to make sure you don't ditch." Sophie said.

"... How sweet of you!!"

"How's it going with Sophie?" Tam asked as he entered Keefe's bedroom in the Neverseen base.
"God, can you not knock on the door?" Keefe huffed out as he shut some sort of file he had in his hands.
Tam shut the door behind him and he raised his eyebrows as he looked at the file in Keefe's hands.

"... So, how's it going?" Tam repeated his question.
Keefe sighed and he shrugged.
" Fine, I guess." Keefe said as Tam went over and sat down next to him.
"She walked me to my lessons today! Making sure I didn't ditch them!"
Tam snorted.
"Hah, romantic." Tam raised his eyebrows.

"How about you? You talked to Biana a lot today." Keefe stated, nudging Tam in the arm.
"No information. I need to build up relationships. But I think I can bug her soon, she has been doing some sort of assignment for the Black Swan recently." Tam shrugged.
"Though... she mentioned that you like me~"
Keefe raised his eyebrows.
"What? Oh shut up." Keefe huffed.
Tam smiled.
