Chris woke up from his sleep and rubbed his eyes. he got out of bed and did a few stretches to help his legs, since he felt like he would have to walk around for a few hours again today. He exited his room, noticing a small stack of pancakes on the dining table, his mother must have left for work already. He walked over to the table, ate his breakfast, and went back into his room to change.

Once he finished getting ready for the day, he stepped out of the apartment, and immediately the smell of smoke filled his lungs. He coughed a little and quickly made his way to the elevator. He pressed the first-floor button as soon as the elevator's doors closed, the smell of smoke was suddenly gone.
Once he reached the main floor, he quickly walked out of the apartment building and out into the outdoors. However, before he could take a step onto the main sidewalk, a voice called out to him.
"Chris!!!"
The boy quickly turned around, only to see Alice and Brett running towards him.
"Oh, hey Alice. Hey Brett." Chris said with a wave. "What are you guys doing?"
"Oh, we were just about to go meet up with Sam in her apartment. Wanna join?" Alice questioned with a grin.
Chris paused for a moment, before he sighed. "Yeah, sure." He said, even though he quite literally walked out of the building.
That seemed to make Alice beam, since she quickly took his hand and led him into the building, Brett following. The three of them entered the elevator, and Alice started to press the button to the fifth floor like there was no tomorrow.
"Alice... You're gonna break the elevator if you keep doing that."
"Oh, don't pitch a hissy fit."
"I'm not though.."
After a bit, the elevator stopped and the doors opened, allowing the teenagers to get out. Alice led the two boys over to a door that had the numbers '502' on it. She then knocked three times on the door before it opened, revealing the same, pink haired girl from yesterday.
"What..?"
"Hey, Sammy." Alice greeted her before she walked past the girl, leaving the two boys alone in the hallway.
The masked girl let out a muffled sigh before she followed Alice into what seemed to be a bedroom. Brett and Chris looked at each other before they followed the two girls, Brett shutting the front door.
Well, Chris was right with assuming the room the girls had walked into was a bedroom. A queen-sized bed with dusty pink covers laid against a lavender wall. There were posters of Spice Girls on the same wall. There were a few shelves, one of them having a Spring Time Furby, a Banana Peel Furby, a Pink Flamingo Furby, a Snow Leopard Furby, a Tye Dye Furby, a Coffee Furby, a Champagne Furby, and a Mink Furby. On her wooden desk in the corner were Spice Girls dolls, it wasn't hard to tell who her favorite band was, as well as a Tomogachi Angel hanging on a lamp. On her bed, there was a William Bunnykins plush, as well as Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. The girl seemed to be quite the collector of things.
"What uh.. what happened to your mirror?" Brett asked as he looked over at the desk.
"...It broke.." The room's owner responded before she looked at Chris. "Oh. It's you."
Chris got a little creeped out by the whole mask thing she had going on. Alice walked over to her male friend and wrapped her arm around his shoulder.
