["We will... Thalia said]

"But how?" Hazel asked.

"Did you steal one?" Travis guessed.

"No!" Thalia exclaimed.

"Hey, you never know," Connor defended.

Thalia sighed, and just let Hephaestus continue reading.

["But what... to Olympus."]

"That's a good plan," Athena said, approvingly.

"Thank you, Lady Athena," Grover said.

["But he... the seas."]

"Look at you," Annabeth said.

"What?" Grover asked.

"You've come along way since that first quest, and you continue to grow," she said proudly.

"You really have," I agreed, equally proud.

"Thanks guys," he said, blushing deeply.

[I didn't... not Hercules."]

"Well done, Perseus," Artemis said with a smile.

"Thank you," I told her.

[I threw... like breathing]

"Do you think so little of me?" Dad asked, slightly teasing.

"Not so much now, but I was never really sure then," I told him honestly.

["Well, that... Annabeth's dad"]

"Dun dun dun!" Leo sang.

"Again, I really was expecting the worst," I said.

"Yeah, I get it," Annabeth said with a sigh.

[After hearing... Sopwith Camels."]

"Excuse me?" Leo asked.

"My dad is obsessed with history, specifically World War One. Just models though, I can assure you," Annabeth told him.

["Right,"... in forever]

Hestia smiled, "As any home should be."

Mom nodded in agreement, "And mine is always open."

["Dad!"... "He's Matthew!"]

"Ah yes, the classic 'parent getting one child mixed up with the other'," Travis said.

"We know it well," Connor said, nodding his head sagely.

["Matthew,"... and sodas]

"She seems to care about you," Pop said.

Annabeth nodded. "It took some work from both of us, but we have a decent relationship now."

["Dear,"... about you."]

Annabeth blushed deeply.

"OK, princess. Now it's your turn," Clarisse said. "How can you say you weren't in denial?"

"I wasn't!" Annabeth exclaimed.

"You keep telling yourself that," Clarisse said.

[Upstairs, we... German soldiers]

"That's your dad?" Leo asked.

Annabeth nodded.

"Wow, Owl Face. Your standards have really lowered," Dad said.

"He has a brilliant mind," Athena defended.

"That's your only defense? Wow you're slipping."

Before Athena could retaliate, Hestia cleared her throat. "Let's continue reading."
