Serena smiled and clapped with the rest of the guests as Sansa and Jon made their entrance. They had been crowned as king and queen that day, but Jon had already left his crown behind. She had seen how uncomfortable her brother had been the moment the crown had been placed on his head. She had been surprised when he had not taken it off immediately. Jon did not need a crown for people to know he was king, he moved around with authority. Her sister was another story, she looked like a powerful queen but was comfortable with a crown on her head. She was wearing a red gown, it was embroidered with gold thread. Most people saw the color red and immediately thought of House Lannister, but the colors of House Targaryen were red and black. No one was able to tell how nervous Jon and Sansa were.
Jon had been crowned as king Aegon Targaryen, his way of honoring his mother, she was the one who named him after all. Her brother's feelings for his real father were a bit more complicated. Jon and Sansa took their seats at the center of the main table and everyone followed suit. Tywin and Serena had been placed on the table next to the king and queen since Tywin was still the hand. Robb was also sitting at the main table, it was a sign of respect since he was a king in his own right and the brother of the new queen. Myrcella and Tommen were sitting with them also. Myrcella because she was the granddaughter of the hand and the king in the north's betrothed.
"Things have been going very well." Tywin's voice was low, for her ears only. "Hopefully once the festivities are over we will be able to get back to business."
