Eden didn't know what her life had come to as she sat in her in the morning with blood in a bottle as she googled for information on the rock she took from the Lockwood Mansion.
She took atleast more than an hour trying to figure out what kind of rock it was and more time to scroll through everything other things like health benefits by wearing it only to end up finding absolutely nothing. But there was one beautifully stupid theory about how werewolves were true and they wear the moonstone as a symbol of their heritage.
Waste of time really.
Her phone rang snapping her out of her concentration as she picked up to see Jeremy's caller ID flash on the screen. "Hey Jeremy."
"Hey," Jeremy said. "I got your message. I'm fine. And why the hell were you awake at six in the morning?"
"Force of habit," she defended herself. "No hallucinations, seeing ghosts or anything else?"
"No, I'm fine really," Jeremy laughed. "It felt weird that Damon killed and I got resurrected by a magical ring. Feels surreal."
"Will I turned into a vampire, this is the new normal in Mystic Falls."
"How did you forgive Damon for killing you?" Jeremy asked suddenly. "I don't think I can ever forgive him for killing me. I hate him."
"Hating someone means, you care about them enough to give the one thing that you run out of," Eden replied as she stood up from the bed. "Time."
"That's mature."
"That's avoidance," she corrected him. "Forget about Damon. I heard about Anna, how are you dealing with that?"
"Avoidance," Jeremy repeated her words back to her.
"If you want I could compel you," Eden laughed. "I think that might be our thing."
"We should find a new thing." Eden heard a beeping sound come from her phone making her pull it away from her ear to see that it was an unknown caller.
