And what is the relation between your cancelled marriage and company's CEO's position.

Give me correct answer to one of my questions then I will think about what you asked?" said Manohar furiously and waited for them to answer, he thought Akash will answer his question or at least assure him that he can work hard but he did not answer and is seeing the three-woman expecting them to answer, what is he made of thought Manohar.
"Akash, I expected you would answer my questions. Do you know the answers or not." Asked Manohar.
"Of course, Papa I know the answers but I thought those questions are for Maa, Dadi, and Di. So, I did not answer, I will answer them now." Said Akash and was about to answer when Manohar stop him showing his palm.
"I don't need those answers now Akash, do you really expect your maa, dadi or di will answer those questions. It's a tricky question which I indirectly asked you? If you can't even understand this then how can you expect me to run my business. With this type of lack tactics you will bring this company down in one month or even a week.
What did you say about Payal betiya and their family? They misunderstood the whole situation? Let me ask you a simple question, did you at least ask her what is their side of the story for at least once or even tried to hear out what she wants to tell you for once? 
If you can't do that with your ex-finance, then what will you do when someone of a lower cadre will advise you, you will just ignore them and do what you think is right even when you are wrong and bring the company down.
Did you all really think, I took this decision just in one night, No I was thinking of taking retirement and want to spend my time with my family which I lost for all those years I worked so hard. I was thinking to give my company to Akash in the start but I saw how hard he works (with sarcasm), I don't want to put my hard work in the hands of a man who can't even work hard enough.
Yesterday, I saw how you are forcing Payal betiya to disown her sister and accept whatever rubbish conditions your dadi was ordering them, instead of standing by her side and supporting her you are humiliating her. Later in the evening, I told you to talk to her and ask her what actually happened but you, not for once you thought that our family can also be wrong, with this type of mentality I don't want my employees to suffer because you can be manipulated easily.
So, I took the decision to give my business to eligible hands of Arnav bituwa, who runs his business successfully. I know how hard he works and how committed he is to his work. Arnav bituwa did not agree but on my insistence, he agreed, on a condition that if ever Akash proves himself worthy then he will return the company to him, if and only if I approve, when become Akash worthy.

There was pin drop silence, no one spoke even a word whatever questions was raised in their minds dropped seeing Manohar fuming. Akash don't know what to do any more he was desperate now because he thought one day, he will take over his father's company, but whatever reasons his father told him might be right, he don't want to think about right or wrong now, but he can't lose his image thought Akash.
"Papa, give me one chance please." Said Akash. Manohar understood that Akash is like just his Amma(Devyani) a hypocrite and said "Ok, I will give you one little chance, you see I have to submit a presentation to a company, I will give you and Arnav bituwa details about it, tomorrow morning after the breakfast, I want both the presentations done in front of our family. Let me see how hard you work for that presentation without anyone's support." Said Manohar.
"But Papa, so much little time, I mean...," said Akash.
"Take it or leave it Akash, tell me what are you going to do?" asked Manohar and Akash reluctantly agreed.
