I WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING, and I felt myself drowning in regret over last night.
Xiao and I kissed? I mean I feel happy of course...but is this really what I want?
My thoughts come to an abrupt end when my phone begins buzzing.

I threw my phone across my bed and buried my face into the bed, letting out a cry.
What does he mean he "lost interest"? What can I even do about that?
I really liked him...I said to myself that I didn't love him yet but my feelings had changed.
And now he's lost interest in me? How does that work...he told me he loved me a few weeks ago.
I sobbed into my covers and stayed in that state until I eventually fell asleep again.
I heard knocks at my door, which jolted me awake and I ran to attend them.
I opened up, not taking any mind to fix my teary appearance and readied myself to face who was in front of my door.
He was there.
"Xiao?" I called out and he stared at me in shock.
"Are you- are you okay Y/n?" he asked me worriedly after he saw the state I was in.
"I'm fine...seriously." I chuckled.
"Can I come in?" 
I nodded and let him through, and he looked around inside my house.
I sat on the couch and waited for him to settle down.
"Do you...want to talk about yesterday?" I asked him.
He shook his head and sat next to me, staring deep into my eyes.
"Tell me what's wrong first please."
I frowned and turned away, thinking of the words I read on my phone from a man I admitted to loving.
"Scaramouche...lost interest in me."
"What? How is that possible?" he put a hand on my knee worriedly.
"I don't know...he just texted me this morning and said he lost interest." I sniffled.
"You can't really be affected by this right?"
"I liked him, Xiao." our eyes met and mine hung low.
"He's from Inazuma Y/n, I thought you knew better." he frowned.
"What do you mean?"
"He's a guy from Inazuma, I thought that would be enough for you to make up your mind."
"Still don't get it." I rolled my eyes.
"He has other girls," he said bluntly.
I turned away from him, hiding my teary face while I refused to admit he was probably right.
"Y/n." he put his hand on mine.
I looked at him and didn't pull my hand away.
"You don't need him." he got closer to me and I smiled softly.
"I DON'T NEED HIM, I NEED YOU."
