(Amelia's pov) 
It was now February the month of love and Valentine's Day. I hate it. I mean I love the meaning of love but why show your love on one specific day why not everyday. I might seem like a buzz kill when I say that but it's true. I won't be celebrating it anyways. Pablo knows I hate it. But he's been giving me hints like what I'm doing on the 14th or we should hang out in the 14th. I honestly wished I skipped that day. 
There's a whole backstory behind it anyways. It all started when I had my first crush freshman year and he told me he liked me back but when I went to surprise him on Valentine's Day I over heard him and his friends saying it was all a bet and he was going to prank me or whatever. So that's why I hated it ever since even in a relationship with someone I loved. Nick understood when I was with him that's when I thought he was a good guy. But I was clearly wrong.

But this week I should be less busy with tests and exams. I honestly wanted university to feel like it does in movies but it's not. It's the complete opposite sadly. But this week is spending it Pablo. He's honestly been with me everyday. He's helped me with my studies and other things. I guess this is his way of owing me for the other night. 
Today I honestly need to stock up on things at home so I'll be doing some shopping today. I was going to call Pablo to help me but he has practice and interviews so he'll be busy. 
I grabbed my reusable bags, keys and headed out. As I was backing out I saw an all black car with tinted windows and no license plate. Huh I've never seen that car before. I was lucky because the grocery store was only a few minutes from my apartment. So I was there in a fast minute. 
I went in and bought all my necessities like water,snacks,vegetables and all the good stuff. I also bought Pablo's favorite fruit gummies. I checked out and headed out to see the same black tinted car parked next to me. Now this isn't a coincidence. I put my bags in the back of my truck quickly and ran to the passenger seat locking the doors fast. 
I took a deep breath and told myself there just doing the same errands as me. Yeah there just doing some shopping. As I was backing up I didn't see the person behind my car and breaked so quickly when they yelled at me. 
"Hey watch out dam you young people don't deserve your license" the old lady yelled and walked off
"Sorry" yelled out at let out a loud sigh 
"What is up with me today" I say to myself 



3 hours later 


It was 4:00 in the afternoon and I was at home just watching a movie when I heard a knock of the door. Who could even be knocking Pablo end practice at 6:30. I tried peeling trough the window but when I checked I didn't see anyone. What the heck. 
I opened the door slowly and pulled out but there was no one there. Okay this is not funny. 
"Haha stop knocking on my door dam" I yell slamming my door 
As I head back to the couch I press play and then again another knock hits my front door more roughly than before. Okay im actually getting annoyed and freaked out. I grab and umbrella from the side of my door and open the door ready to swing at them but it was just Pablo. 
"Woah woah don't hit me it's just me" he says covering his face 
"Sh*t Pablo you scared me I thought you were a scary person or something I don't know" I say placing my hand over my chest 
"Sorry I had to knock hard because you could never hear me and I brought lunch" he says smiling lifting the bag in his hands 
"Thank you Pablo" I smile hugging him tightly 
"Anytime but first tell me why your so jumpy" he says taking the food out of my hand 
"I thought you were a kidnapper or something or some done kid playing a prank" I say rolling my eyes 
"You'd hit a kid with an umbrella" he says shockingly 
"You know what I mean Pablo" 
"Okay okay no need to get angry miss angry pants"
"I know dam well you didn't just say that my angry bird" I reply 
"Not even they start it" he scoffs 
"Whatever you say" I laugh 
As me and Pablo eat our Thai food we talk about the most random things until it's dark out. I asked him if he wanted to sleep over but he has an early practice and interview tomorrow so he can't. I was a little bummed but I get it. We said our goodbyes and he left.

As I was cleaning the kitchen I saw someone blinking there lights. At first I thought it was Pablo signaling me for something so I went outside and saw the same black tinted car. They kept blinking there lights on and off. 
"Hey stop" I say walking toward the light until they stop but they didn't 
"Cmon this isn't funny I swear" I say hitting there bumper as they still went on 
"I'll call the cops if you don't stop" I complain 
As soon as I said that they stopped revealing a figure in the car. It was a man with a black hoodie covering his face but I could only see his hands. The man opened the door slowly making me scared. The sound of his heavy boots hit the ground and walked over to me. At this point my only sense was to run inside and call the cops. As I ran into my apartment the man followed me but at a slow pace.
As I reached my door I slammed it and quickly Locke it. I was so stressed and scared I called Pablo the only one I could think of at the moment. I should've called the police but if I did he would have probably run away before they even got here. I was panicking clicking Pablo's contacting. 
"Hello" Pablo said in a tired raspy tone 
"Pablo" I struggled to say 
"Amelia what's wrong"
"Pablo I - I think have a stalker there trying to come inside and I'm -I" I say as it starts getting harder to breathe
"Amelia take deep breaths and call the cops I'll be there  in five minutes top stay put okay" 
"Yeah okay" I say with a shaky voice 
As he hung up the man started knocking on the window and banging on my door. 
"Go away" I scream
"I'm calling the cops" I say and as soon as he hears that he stops 
"I don't think that's a good idea amor" the man says 
As soon as he spoke I automatically knew who it was 
"N-nick wha-why are you here" I say placing my ear on the door 
"Cmon you know why now open up" he says in an angry tone 
"No Pablo is coming soon I hope you know that"
"Pfft that kid couldn't hurt a fly" he laughs 
"Yes he can now leave I'm serious" I say as my eyes start to blur 
"I will leave but just know this is just the beginning" he says in a quiet tone. I could hear his footsteps walk away and his car drive off. 
I peeked a little out the window just to check and he was gone. I let out a sigh of relief and sobbed into my  hands. I don't even know why I cried when he did nothing to me. But just the thought of his words scared me. What does he means this is just the beginning. As I huddled with my arms wrapped around my legs I felt to arms pull me into theirs. 
"Shhh" he said 
"Pablo h-he said it's just the beginning what does he even mean" I sobbed into his shirt 
"Don't worry Amelia I'll going to be there for you your staying with me whether you like it or not" he says placing a kiss on my head 
"I'm sorry Pablo" I say
"For what"
"For dropping all these problems on you" I say wiping my tears 
"No Amelia don't apologize this isn't your fault okay we'll get through this together I'll be there by your side don't your worry" 
"Thank you Pablo" 
"Anytime hermosa now let's take you to bed I'll stay with you" he says 
"But your interview and training"
"It's fine I'll just leave early" 
"Okay thanks Pablo"
"Enough with your thank yous let's go" he smiles helping me up 
This boy makes me fall in love with him more and more I can't even explain.
