"This next song is dedicated to my kids." Puck began. "They're all back home in L.A. with my mom, but... this is Beth's song."

Puck sat down at the piano and began playing. Before he could even sing the first lyric, his manager came out and interrupted him, whispering in his ear.

Puck stopped playing abruptly as he got up from the piano bench. "Sorry, guys. The show's over. Family emergency."

The manager added something, but Puck didn't hear the exact words. He just got up and ran backstage before hurrying out of the venue. He got in the car and dialed Quinn's number as they drove off.

Unsurprisingly, the call went to voicemail.

Puck decided to call his mom.

"Hello?"

"Hey, it's me." Puck said.

"Noah? Aren't you at a show?" Ruth questioned him. "Your show?"

"Quinn was in a car accident." Puck blurted. "I don't know how bad it was, but I'm on my way to the hospital to see her."

"Oh my god." Ruth said softly.

"Can you tell the kids?" Puck requested. "Or at least tell Beth? I don't want her finding out somewhere else."

"Yeah, I'll talk to her." Ruth promised.

"Tell her I'll call her when I know more." Puck added. "Please."

"Of course." Ruth said. "Call as soon as you can."

"I will." Puck promised. "Bye, Mom."

"Bye, Noah."

As soon as the car pulled into the hospital parking lot, Puck jumped out and ran inside with his security team right behind him.

"I'm here to see Quinn Puckerman." Puck told the receptionist.

"ID?"

"My wife was in a car accident and you wanna see my ID? Are you fucking kidding me?" Puck questioned the receptionist. He dug out his wallet and pulled out his ID, slapping it onto the counter.

"You can have a seat. The doctor will be right out to talk to you."

"No, I need to know how bad the accident was right now." Puck responded, pocketing his ID and wallet. "I need to call my kids."

"I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait for the doctor."

"I can't wait." Puck argued. "Can someone just tell me if my wife is okay?"

"I don't have that information."

"Then get me someone who does." Puck hissed as his phone went off, pulling him from his thoughts. He took the call and put the phone to his ear. "Beth, hey."

"Bubbe said Mom was in a car accident." Beth blurted. "How bad is it?"

"I don't know yet." Puck responded. "I'm waiting for the doctor."

"I'm gonna fly out there." Beth decided.

"Stay with your grandmother and siblings." Puck requested. "I don't want them to worry. I'll call you as soon as I can."

"Promise?" Beth asked.

"I promise." Puck said as the nurse walked over to him. "B, I have to go. I'll call you when I can."

"Okay."

Puck hung up the phone and looked at the nurse.

"Mr. Puckerman?"
