Isaac's POV
It was pouring crazy hard outside as we were all getting out of the car to get into the house. I was using my jacket to help cover Sophie's head, not caring about myself getting drenched, because her staying dry was the only important thing right now.
"Where are Jackie and Cole?" we hear Katherine yell out as we enter.
"Found them" Alex responds a little after, causing Sophie to head over to where he was with me closely following behind her.
"woahhh what's going on here?" I say seeing all the candles and fireplace being lit as well as Jackie and Cole holding hands.
"um... nothing" Jackie responds letting go of Cole's hands immediately going up to Sophie and grabbing her hand before walking off with her.
"woah woah slow down Jackie." I hear Sophie say in the distance.

Sophie's POV
"How was the grand opening?" Jackie says shutting the door as I sit on the bed.
"amazing, the place looks so pretty." I say patting the spot next to me signaling for her to sit next to me.
"also... this happened" I pulled my sleeve up and showing her the bracelet I got from Isaac.
"OMGGG WHO GOT THIS FOR YOU?!?! ISAAC?!" Jackie said while pulling my hand closer for her to see the bracelet better.
"yeah, he did, but he didn't really say much about why he got it." I explain to Jackie.
"what do you mean?" Jackie says looking back up at me
"like he said that he got it as a "welcome" gift, but this is such an expensive gift. He also said that I was an exception and that I was special to him, which is making me question so much." I say looking at Jackie for some reaction hopefully.
"I think you should just talk to him honestly. Like confess everything and see what he says, that's the only way you'll know anything." unfortunately she's right, but that's going to be difficult.
I stand up telling Jackie that I was going to go wash up and get ready for bed. Exiting out of the room I see Alex right in front of the door. I feel bad for him, I mean it was really obvious he was bothered by what he walked in on earlier.

It's the last day of school before thanksgiving break... honestly Thanksgiving is the last thing I want to think about right now though. Walking down the stairs I hear Katherine and George talking about brining a turkey, as well as George talking to Isaac about swapping out his Jacket.
"Sometimes you have to sacrifice comfort for style, like this leather jacket says "tough, chill, smooth." You getting it?" Isaac states trying to prove a point.
"mmm, well frostbite also says "tough, chill, and smooth" you get it?" George jokes back.
"did you hear from our dad? do you know what time he's calling?" Lee asks as soon as he walks in, to which George responds by saying their dad would call at eleven.
"hey girls do you wanna make something for tomorrow? it's like a family tradition to make one thing for thanksgiving." Katherine says walking up to me with a plate of pancakes.
"I'll pass if that's ok?" I say walking back up to my room to grab a warmer jacket after hearing there'd be an 80% chance of snow today.
"Hey Sophie wait up" I turn to see Isaac walking up to me.
"Hi, what's up?" 
"Nothing really I just wanted to talk to you." 
"ohh I see, I actually was going up to get a jacket, you wanna help me pick out one?" I asked to which he agrees and we head up together.
