Author's POV

"You can tell me, you know." Megumi starts, both of you are now heading down the elevator.






You sighed, turning to look at him, "Again Gumi nothing is wrong, me and Suguru are both perfectly fine with each other."








"So are you back to your old relationship?"









"No it's not like that, we're just living together that's all. I've already told you I'm not going back again." You tell him, finally looking in front.








"I'm just looking out for you." Megumi says in a monotone voice.









"I know." You say with a soft smile, walking closer to the male before hugging him by his side.








Megumi wasn't caught off guard of course, it was a normal hug for him. And Suguru wasn't wrong, Megumi liked you.







You hugged anyone you can, you were just that friendly. And you saw Megumi as another brother, your brother adored him he always liked to ship both of you. Always telling you that he'd like Megumi to be his brother in law more than anyone.








You broke the hug once the elevator opened, both of you stepping out and out of the apartment building.










Seeing Megumi's familiar black BMW parked right at the front of the entrance, you opened the passenger seat, and Megumi walked over to the driver's seat.









You settled in nicely whilst greeting the two behind you.






"Y/n! it's been so long." Nobara whines.







"It's been like a month." You corrected with a chuckle.








"It was boring without you guys." Yuuji butts in with also a whine.






"Shall we go?" Megumi asks.








"Yeah!" The three of you replied simultaneously.







With that being said, the black hair starts the car and takes off.

You watch as your friends laugh in front of you, the three of you deciding to hang out at the mall.







Now you all stopped by a certain restaurant there.








Though it seemed like you four had fun together, your mind however, it was somewhere else.







And you didn't know what to do anymore, thinking back what happened just then. Were you really just about to lean in to his touch just like that?







You were so out of place now, your friends all had a smile on their faces and told each others joke while you, you were zoning out.






What was this? What was he doing to you? What was he planning to do?








"You okay?" Megumi asks beside you, interrupting your train of thoughts and you looked over to him, forcing out a smile.
