.Meira's POV.

"Where did you find such a hunk like him, Meira? Can you give me the agency's information?" Nicole asked giddily, as she watched Austin dreamily.

"Yeah, me too," Brenda added, as she joined Nicole in the staring game.

"I'm not aware of the agency's name though..." I let out slowly. My voice went lower as they spoke the words.

My eyes narrowed and irritation built inside me as I watched Branda and Nicole shamelessly eye-fucking Austin. This is not what I signed up for, what the hell?

They have been talking about Austin for the past ten minutes, who's currently standing a few feet away from us, attending his call.

He seemed serious and answered the other voice, rapidly.

    Was it my dad?

The thought of him sharing every information about me, from here to my parents overseas, kind of angers me. Can't my parents call and ask me?

I feel like I'm losing my chances with Austin as the days pass. These information transactions with my dad give him more opportunities to baby me, not see me as a woman who deserves to be beside him.

I'm still mad at my father. For what he did the other day.

    And Austin.

Austin and I barely exchanged any words. All credit goes to me as I'm being hard as fuck.

The anger within me bubbles more as the moments pass. I looked away from him and looked back at my friends. Their eyes are still focused on my man.

I lowly groaned and looked away. I'm so sick of all these.

Jeremy wasn't with us. He didn't attend his classes and when we called him, he informed us that he had to stay in for his girlfriend as she was sick.

He's such a good boyfriend. I wish I had one like him.

"How come you're unaware of the agency?" Brenda's brows creased in confusion.

I let out a sigh and smiled at him, calming my nerves, "My dad appointed him." Then I rolled my eyes, "And let's be real, do you really think I would prefer even having a bodyguard? Heck no."

"If the bodyguard is that guy," She pointed at Austin whose back was facing us, "Then take all my money and fuck being brave. I'm willing to show my most fragile state even when I'm not in danger to be close to that body."

"I'd pay up some fake goons to kidnap me." Nicole popped her chewing gum.

"Should I consider that now? As we speak..." I shrugged my shoulder with a smirk, giving them suggestive eyes. They gasped and we laughed out loud. I felt Austin's gaze jump at me from the corner of my eyes, but I ignored him.

"No, but seriously though, you are lucky as fuck, girl. Like..." Brenda looks at his way, "...damn..." She muttered hissing, biting her lips. Austin's back was again facing us.

I let out a longing sigh, "Actually...damn." The words fall under my breath.

"Hey, do you know that it's all around the college that a man in a suit and Bluetooth is always seen at our college? Since Austin isn't a student or any part of the faculty, some speculations regarding this were made." Nicole said suddenly. Brenda and I turned our attention to her.

She continued, "Everyone on the campus is talking about Austin. I heard that the professors were getting annoyed with him lurking in the hallways, which I'm pretty sure he wasn't," Nicole said confidently, "Let's be real, he's here just for Meira. But this matter when up to the dean." My eyes widen.
