Babylonia Council, President Hassen to Gray Raven, Gray Raven Commandant. 10:30 A.M.:
Recent reports have been filed that a strange energy signal has been found located underneath City 019. The cause of the energy signal is unknown and further investigation is required. Gray Raven Squad is requested to head to the city and discover the anomaly energy signal and report the findings of what caused the signal. The coordinates will be sent so that you may know the specific location in the city. 
Gray Raven Commandant, Lucia, Liv, and Lee will depart from Eden and head to City 019 to investigate. We can't take any chances of other possible threats entering our world. 
We wish the four of you luck and to come back safely. However, you all have a knack for coming back with life-threatening injuries so do remember to be careful. Immediately report anything worth mentioning quickly.

Per request. We headed out at 11:00 A.M. and reached City 019 within three hours. Sending this status report, we have taken care of the corrupted around the city that were roaming around. The coordinates of the underground area in City 019 seemed to have been underneath an Apartment Building. 
Finding a staircase leading down, we found an entire underground bunker that was huge yet empty. I have attached files of photographs taken from the investigation. Such as the Apartment Building, the staircase entrance, and the inside of the entrance, to even the bunker. 
Although I mentioned in my report in the previous paragraph that the bunker was empty, only a few things remain which you can see multiple images taken from different angles and the overall size. What stands in the back against the wall of the bunker is what can be hypothesized as a portal followed by a control panel in the right corner and a laptop on top of the panel. 
We can presume with 100% that the unknown energy source that was transmitted came from the portal. Until further notice we will not touch anything upon unknown probabilities that would happen should we try and use this portal. We will wait for a response and your orders on what to do.

The council has discussed your new findings in a quickly assembled meeting. I apologize for the delayed response as we discussed heavily the foundation of this so-called "portal". Many had questions such as "Who or what built the porta"?" "Why is it located underneath an apartment complex?" "What's the purpose of it?" And "Why was there a bunker beneath the apartment complex?" Many questions that need answers regardless. 
Since the energy source has been found and investigation is required on knowing the portal's purpose and if it's a threat to us, some members of the Engineering Force will be coming down to investigate and research it.
Truthfully even I find it completely strange for such a thing to be built underneath an Apartment Building. There's also the question if it has existed beforehand or if it was made after the city had become a barren land. During previous missions, there was no knowledge of such a place existing so the portal must have been made later on. 
Once the Engineering Force arrives, should anything be found contact me immediately instead of messaging. They will be taking an hour until they depart and will notify you once they're nearing the city.
