Mystic Falls

In the kitchen, MG vamp-speeds around the room making cookies. "This is taking forever," he whispers. "The flour!" he says. The vampire grabs the flour off of the counter and turns, Josie walks into the room and accidentally runs into the vampire with the flour. The ingredient rains down onto the two. "MG, are you okay?!" she asks. "Not really," MG says. "I know this may be hard to believe, but it's going even worse than it looks," MG says. "Did Lizzie put you up to this?" Josie asks. MG gives her a look, "Yeah, man! At first, it was chill, but then the bake sale just...turned up. People can't get enough of my cookies. And I literally cannot make them fast enough," MG says. "Well, that's good, right?" Josie asks, fiddling with her necklace. "It means we're making money," the dark haired Saltzman asks. "In theory, but unlike me, this oven has no vamp speed. I can't be here all day because I have some...something to-to-to take care of," MG says. "That's unnecessarily mysterious. But you won't be here all day," Josie says. "Because I'm gonna help you," the girls adds. "Unnecessarily mysterious like that necklace," MG asks. "When did that happen," MG asks. "Hope took me on a long weekend, and gave me this," Josie says.

Flashback - Two Days Ago

Josie Saltzman stood on a balcony looking over the beach, Hope Mikaelson clears her throat from behind the Saltzman. "What is it," Josie asks turning around. "Maybe, this is a little forward," Hope says. "Is Klaus Mikaelson's daughter nervous," Josie teases. Hope snorts, "Don't tell my cousins," she says. Josie nods, Hope places a velvet box down onto the glass table on the balcony. Josie gives the auburn haired Mikaelson a look, "The last one was destroyed," Hope says. Josie picks the box up and opens it, revealing a silver Mikaelson necklace. "If you want it," Hope says. Josie bites her lip and walks forward to the auburn haired Mikaelson. Hope pulls Josie forward into a kiss.

Klaus and Hayley exchange a look and then the two look at Hope.  "Care to explain," the parents ask. Josie smiles at the auburn haired Mikaelson, "We are trying it," Josie says. "And we are liking it," Hope adds. "Took you long enough," Klaus says. Lizzie looks at Grace and then back at Kol and then finally at Klaus, "Are you sure you want to bring that up," LIzzie asks.

Josie shakes her head out of the memory, "You sure you want to cut class?" MG asks. Josie raises her eyebrows at the vampire, "You sure you can do this without me?" she asks. MG shakes his head, "No, I can't," the vampire whispers.

"Jo," Caroline says. "Yes mom," Josie asks. "Did you blackmail MG," Caroline asks. "No, I gently persuaded MG," Josie says.

Hope and Cleo stand back and look at the bust of Landon. "It is stunning. Now I know you were lying. You must have taken a sculpting class," Cleo says. Hope shakes her head, "No, not before today. But I had a great teacher," Hope says. "I am pretty great," Cleo says. "I'll warm up the kiln," Cleo says. "Oh, no, that's okay," Hope says. "Incendia," Hope whispers, flames burst out of her hands. Once the flames die down, "He is beautiful," Cleo whispers. "It's perfect," Hope says. "For what," Cleo asks. "Our fallen students hall," Hope says. Upon further inspection, Cleo sees the word that Hope wrote, "Luctus. What does it mean?" Cleo asks. "It is time to let go," Hope says.

"This is what you were talking about before," Kol says. "Yep," Grace says. The dark haired Mikaelson turns to Hope, "Not just fallen students," she whispers. Hope smiles at her cousins, "Thanks," she says.

The door opens, "I'll take it," a woman says. "He looks absolutely delicious," the woman says looking at the sculpting closer. "How did you get in here?" Hope asks. "Who is he?" the woman asks. "One of our fellow students who died," Hope says. "He'll be right in my foyer if you ever want to come and visit," the woman says. "How much?" the woman asks. "It's not for sale," Hope says. "Everything has its price," the woman says. "It is $91,000," Cleo says. "Done," the woman says. "This money will save the school, Hope," Cleo says. "And my cousin is with my Uncle right now, buying the school," Hope snaps. "Hope," Faith says, from the door. "This piece is not for sale," Hope says. "I won't take no for an answer. I simply have to have it," the woman says. "No, what you have to do is leave," Hope says, her eyes darkening. The woman picks up a sculpting tool, and screams as she comes at the tribrid, Cleo and Faith. Time seems to move in slow motion as Hope and Faith look at each other. The two Mikaelsons use their magic to knock out the woman.

The Mikaelsons and Caroline turn their attention to the blonde Saltzman, "Crazy bid," Lizzie brushes off. "Elizabeth did you happen to read that the humans affected by the leprechaun would turn into crazy people," Klaus asks. "That may have been in the 'blah, blah, blah', section of the reading," Lizzie admits.

Outside the school, Kaleb turns to Lizzie as more ping pong balls are added to the counter. "We're gonna get this bill paid off in no time," Kaleb says. "There are so many things at this school that need to go back to the way they were," Lizzie says. "Like what, exactly?" Kaleb asks. "The smoothie bar. That student spa we've always dreamed of. Okay, I've always dreamed of," Lizzie says. "Lizzie," Hope and Faith say from behind the blonde. "What's the problem," Lizzie asks her voice getting higher. "Problem," Faith says turning to Hope. "Do you know what the problem is," Faith asks. "Um, let's see, some woman just tried to shank me for not selling her my art," Hope says. "That sounds like a tough negotiation," Lizzie says. "Not really. She was willing to give us the $91,000," Cleo adds. Lizzie looks at Hope, "I made that specific piece of art in honor of Landon," Hope says. "So, it was not for sale," Lizzie says. Hope and Faith nod, "So, it was an isolated incident," Lizzie says. The two girls give the blonde a look, "Lizzie Saltzman, you are like your mother in so many ways," Hope says. "Including the fact that you do not do anything halfway," Faith says. "Which either means Grace is in on it," Hope says. "Or you are hiding something," Faith finishes. "Let go of me!" someone shouts. The two Mikaelsons turn and look at the voice that shouted. "Those snickerdoodles are mine!" another person shouts. A fight breaks out, and the entire fundraiser breaks into a clamour of shouts and fighting. "Two...isolated incidents," Lizzie says.

"We need to talk," Lizzie says. "Privately," Lizzie adds. "Privatus," Faith says. A bubble appears around the two Mikaelsons and the Saltzman. "A Malivore monster came here," Lizzie says. "Lizzie," Hope says. "It's trapped downstairs," Lizzie adds. "It's better than the monster running around the town," Faith says. "Come on," Hope says. Lizzie nods and Faith breaks the spell, "I want to see this thing," Hope says.

"See," Lizzie says. "Trapping the monster at the school is better than letting it cause mayhem around town," Lizzie says. Grace clears her throat, "Unless, you have a plan to contain it around town," Lizzie amends. "The townspeople in a riot caused by a leprechaun," Caroline mutters. "My daughter, 'It could be worse'," the blonde vampire adds.

As soon as Hope and Faith see the leprechaun in the cell, Faith turns to Lizzie. "Call Grace," Faith whispers. Lizzie is the one to press call on her phone. "Darling, you miss me already," Grace asks. "Grace, I am looking at a leprechaun, right now," Hope says. "That's not possible," Grace says. "The door to Malivore is closed," Grace says. "Unless, Malivore has Bennett blood and a Gemini witch on hand," Grace says. "Or the ascendant on our side is not broken," Grace adds. "There is another option," Hope says. "That there is another portal open," Faith says. "What does the monster want," Grace asks. "We don't know," Faith says. "Wealth," Lizzie says. "It attracts wealth and is attracted to wealth," Lizzie adds. "Darling, I know that you don't want to hear this," Grace says. "But you are going to have to call off 'Fundraiser Day'," Grace says. "Call me back in ten," Grace says as she hangs up.

"You have a plan," Kol asks. Grace shakes her head, "Why do you think I need them to call me back," Grace asks.
