i know that you love being there for others and taking care of everyone but make sure you take time to rest. often, you should take a break from people and social media. when you become emotionally and mentally drained, sometimes you keep going until you burn out. it's important to rest and recharge before you get to that point. take a step back and get some sleep, read, watch a comfort show, get some fresh air, take yourself on a date. do something that awakens your soul and do it as much as possible.
