Seung Ho walked you back to your house.

You arrived.

"Will you be okay?" "Hm? Yeah..." you replied "Ji Hyun—" the door open, it was eomma.

"There you are!" She pulled you, she noticed Seung Ho. Seung Ho glared at her with disgust, she felt intimated "my... y-you didn't tell me you had such a nice.. expensive man, Ji Hyun!" She smiled at you.

"It's not like that..." you couldn't face her. "Y... you're Park Seung Ho, right? The youngest son of the Park family" Seung Ho disregarded her "night Ji Hyun" Seung Ho walked away.

Your mom pulled you in and slammed the door. Seung Ho looked back.

Is it fine to just leave her..?

Seung Ho sighed knowing he can't go anything so he let.

"Playing around with rich boys, are we?" Your mom shoved you "how about focusing on school!?" She shouted. "Right..." you walked to your room and closed the door.

You looked at yourself in the mirror.

I finally told someone what happens behind doors.. and it was Seung Ho.

Why is he always there when I'm at my vulnerable moments...?

WITH SEUNG HO
FIRST POV

"Hey, little bro—" Seo Joon noticed my expression when I entered the house. "What's wrong?" He stopped me before I went up to my room.

"Nothing" Seo Joon analyzed me "you're telling me nothing is wrong? And that's your face all the time?" Seo Joon pointed at my face, I slapped his finger away.

"Where's Ha Rin?" I asked looking around "she's asleep" "didn't Ha Rin get abused when she was younger?" Seo Joon flinched. "Why are you bringing that up? You know it's a sensitive topic to Ha—" I cut him off.

"I-I know," I stuttered "I'm sorry" I apologized. Seo Joon sighed "you're bringing that up for a reason. You're not the type to speak about something for nothing" he caught me.

"How did you help her?" "Help her? I barley need anything honestly. She did it all herself, she put up with it, she fought back, in people's eyes she lost since there were things taken from her that she can't get back... but to me, she's a winner since she didn't let those events stop her from being here."

"All I did was be there and give her time and space. She needed a shoulder for years, a place to call home. But she refers me to her home" Seo Joon chuckled proudly.

"So... how was it like for her?" "Seung Ho, I can't speak for—"

"Terrible."

We both looked at the top of the staircase, Ha Rin stood there in her robe but came down. "Why aren't you asleep babe?" "Still didn't feel you in bed. So I came to check what the hold up was" she smiled at him.

She looked at me, "Seung Ho, why are you asking about stuff like this?" "No reason I guess" "well, to answer your question. It was terrible. Living like that is something you can't ever get away from, to this day I still get scared of certain things."

She sighed, "but someone taught me it's okay to be scared, because they're always going to be with me..." she grabbed Seo Joon's hand. "That they'll protect me from all bad things in this world and love me right" I flinched.

"Someone who goes through abuse, there's no words to explain how it is, whether it's verbally, mentally or physically. It's just hell."

I finally got to my room, I lied in my uniform. Not bothering to change or do anything. I don't know how to deal what Ji Hyun told me.
