Matt's POV

I come back home, after another long day of school. My first week had been alright, and I had already made new friends. I unlock the door, and enter our new house. Nobody is there. I look around for a bit, before realizing I have the whole house to myself.

I start by treating myself to a bowl of ice cream, despite it being the middle of winter. I then grab my skateboard, and slide down the staircase, thankfully leaving no wheel marks on the carpet. After that, I hop into the pool to relax, and turn the jacuzzi on to warm up. I nearly doze off when a ping on my phone alerts me. It's mum, stating that my sister, Abby, is going for a sleepover with her friends, and mum herself is going out with Stacy. That means that I have the place to myself for the night.

After I've spent enough time in the jacuzzi, I get out and dry myself off, then shaking the towel around my privates. When I try and enter the house, however, I cannot seem to open the door. Strange, I definitely did not lock it. I then panic, I have no clue on how I'm to get back in again. Frantically, I pull on the door with all my strength, but it doesn't budge, so I then run around the backyard to find an open door. To my luck, the door to the laundry was unlocked. Once I enter the house, I check on the back door, only to find it was unlocked after all.

"Stupid door."

I then hear someone giggle faintly. Shocked, I turn around, but find nobody there.

"Am I going insane?" I mutter to myself.

I try to be nonchalant about the situation, but deep down, I'm panicking. I grab my skateboard, which I left at the bottom of the stairs, and run up to my bedroom. Once there, I lock my door. Grabbing my phone, my first instinct is to call mum, which I do. By the time I get through to her, I realize how ridiculous the situation is, but it is too late.

"Hey Matt! How was your day today!"
"Oh, it was good. I was just wondering, is there any for me to have?"
My mum sighs. "Seriously Matt? You're 15. You should know by now how to cook a meal, or at least order takeout."
"Sorry" I reply.
There is no reply for a moment, only the sounds of mum and Stacy giggling and smooching. I decide to hang up and leave them to do their thing. I get changed, turn back around, and go back downstairs.
"See? Nothing to worry about" I tell myself.

Percy's POV

There he is, sitting alone in the jacuzzi, buck naked. I drool, seeing him lean his head back while the sun reflects off his abs. God, do I want him so badly. But I can't just pop up in front of him, exclaim "Hey, I'm Charlie! I've been haunting this house for years and I think you're cute!" But I wish I could. We have a lot on common. The biggest similarity between us is that we both like skateboarding (at least, I did whilst I was alive).

I look back down again and see Matt exiting the pool. I decide that in order to connect with him, I should first play around with him. I float downstairs and lock the back door. Matt tries furiously to open the door, but to no avail. By the time he gives up and walks around the side of the house, I give to the laundry and unlock the door. He enters, and I find myself staring face to face with him, only he can't see me. He walks over to the back door perplexed, and I can't help but let out a slight giggle. When he hears this, he panics and sprints up the stairs.

Shoot. I follow him up, and find him on a call with his mum. Once he hangs up, he drops his towel and begins to dry himself off, starting from his wavy blonde hair, down to his abs, and lastly his legs, all the while still fully naked. I plonk myself on the bed and enjoy the show, admiring his body in all its glory. It feels wrong to sit and stare, but he'll never know, so it's there any harm in sticking around?
