The doctor got up, "this way please", she instruct as she lead Gwen in the hospital hallways.
After a moment of walking, they arrive in front of a room.
The doctor open the door, letting Gwen walk inside.
Then the older woman walk in, she sees Sera lying on the bed with an IV and wearing an oxygen mask.
The sight broke Gwen's heart. She then turn to the doctor who's still standing on the door.
"What happened actually?", Gwen asks.
"I don't know much", the doctor said, "around a little after midnight, we recieve a call saying someone fall off from the ferry and the search team are searching for her for hours", she explains, "then they found her this morning and brought her stainght to the hospital".
Gwen look at the docter, then at her unconscious sister.
"She's stable though, just few small bruises on her body", the doctor inform, "she'll wake up soon", she added.
"I see", Gwen muttered as she look at the doctor, "thank you".
The doctor leave the room.
Gwen look back at her sister. Only Sera know what really happened to her, and all Gwen need to do for now is wait for her to wake up.
The older sister take a seat beside the bed and look at her pale sister.
2 Hours Later:
Kyle arrive and see Gwen is still sitting beside Sera.
Gwen look up and see her best friend.
"What are you doing here?", Gwen asks.
"Just want to check up on you two", Kyle answered and walk up towards the bed, "how is she?", he asks.
Gwen look back at Sera, "the doctor said she's fine and will wake up soon", she inform.
Kyle look at Gwen without saying anything.
"She'll be fine", Kyle assured, "she's your sister after all", he stated.
Gwen glance up at him.
At that moment, the two heard weak groan.
Their eyes darted at the young woman who finally starts to gain consciousness.
Sera's eyes flutter open and glance around.
"Gwen?", she muttered.
Gwen instantly lean closer for a better look at her sister.
"Sera are you ok?", she ask, "hurt anywhere?".
"Tired", Sera simply answered, she then turn to the other side, "Kyle?".
The man smile softly at her as he sit beside the bed.
"Hey there kiddo", he gently greet.
"What heppened?", Sera asks.
Gwen look at her, "you don't remember?", she asks, "you fell off the ferry", she replied.
Sera look at her, then she recall the accident.
"Oh, right", she whispered.
"Sera", Gwen called and the girl look at the older sister, "what happened?", she asks the question this time.
Sera is quiet for a moment as she try to recall more of the memory, "I was just taking pictures of the ocean through the window of my room", she answered.
"You should be more careful", Kyle advised, gently.
"Come to think of it, I was standing on a safe distance from the window", Sera said then she remember what actually happened, "until someone sneak in and push me", she told them.
