I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. I picked it up from the night stand not looking who's calling, answering it. "Yow" I said in the phone.
"Who you a answer so?" My mom says. "You still a come today? Mi cousin tell mi say she see you" My mom said.
"Sorry mommy" I yawned. I look at the time.
"Mommy a 8:00 a.m. in a the morning eno.... and yeah, mi a come up deh still, but around 3:00 or so" I say in a sleepy voice.
"Yuh miserable eno Mari, get some sleep. Oh, You going to the warehouse today?" She ask
"Hmmmm..." I hum, contemplating.
"No, mi ago touch up a Gramps, but mi nuh sure still. Wavi a come up deh to?" I ask.
"Mi nuh sure eno, but yuh know how you brother act like him busy more than anybody else. Anyways love you get some sleep, 'cause mi hear the sleepiness in yuh voice" My mom said.
"Ah, heart a love" I said, then ended the call.
I went back to sleep, taking a 5minutes nap.
More like a hour.

I am so tired!
The doll is not used to this.
I'm currently walking to the bus stop because my car is at the mechanic shop. I had no other choice, but to walk to the bus stop to take a transportation.
I am going to UWI. This is my final year at the University of the West Indies. I am so happy, nobody could ever be happier than me.

As I walk out of the Jutc bus I was greeted by an alarming yet familiar voice. "Riah!!!"
I turned around immediately to see it's my bestfriend Mealie. "You frightened?" She laughs as she walkes up to me, I held my chest.
"Girl how you fi do that, you nuh have nothing fi do look how you drag attention towards me," I say and give her a light slap on her hands.
"you do suh'm fi frightened?" She said and hug me. "You ever look pretty, with you long pretty curly hair" she said as she strokes my hair to the back.
