Chanel did her best not to look nervous as the camera flashed before her. Subtly changing her poses every few seconds, she had Winnie behind the scenes directing her as well. Randomly, Winnie had called her a few days ago and asked her to shoot for a swimsuit company she worked with. Chanel, with no modeling experience, was very hesitant but agreed to do it. She had been going through a lot in the past few weeks concerning her father, Tah'Jae, and finally completing her EP. She thought the shoot might give her something fresh to do to free her mind from everything else.
"Keep it there, girl, that's perfect," Winnie coached. "Now look up a little—good."
The photographer took the pictures, and they continued the shoot for another hour before wrapping up the set.
"You guys want to look at a few of the stills?"
"Yes, please," Chanel spoke while putting her very long hair in a ponytail. He flipped through his camera, showing them the best frames he captured. "Wow, these are—"
"Bomb as fuck, you're literally a natural," Winnie complimented.
"Thank you," Chanel smiled. "Can you send me these? I won't post them until after the magazine releases. Promise."
She gave him her number, and he placed it into his phone, letting her know she'd get them in a few hours. Once the crew left, Winnie and Chanel took a seat in the dressing room and chatted while Chanel got changed.
