I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock..It was the first day of university and I still didn't feel excited..all I felt was emptiness..but I'll try to get my life together and start afresh.
I walked to thebalcony to get some fresh air and after fully coming out of my slumber I went to take a shower and got ready for class..In between all chores I made a mental list of the things I needed todotoday..the most important task was to submit an application to get into student council,maybe that way I'll be able to get busy and my mind won't wander into the past..
I packed my bag and went down..mom was still asleep so I made myself some sandwiches. a little backstory:- She isn't my real mom,my dad married her three years ago after my mom's death. things were going well for them untill her real son died two years ago.
after few months of his death,dad and mom kept fighting which eventually led to dad leaving home and staying at U.S.A. It's been two years since I saw my dad..he calls me everyday but I never pick up nor call back cause I feel bad..I'm the reason for all of this shit afterall.. *backstory ends*
As I was eating my breakfast I got a text from Jay,he's my cousin..He and Heeseung hyung were always here for me..I'm so greatful to have them honestly..

Jay: I'm picking you up today..get your ass ready quick! hurry!
me: I'm ready already you are the one that needs to hurry..it's almost time.
Jay: class starts at 9 it's just 7:40 rn.. I was kidding with you when I said to hurry :)
me: we graduated high school remember?
Jay: ofc are you dumb? wait.. wtf.. why didn't u tell me you little shit-
me: sigh.. I'm standing at the door. don't take your time and hurry :)
I was smiling as I read his text..Jay sure looks like he is a highly disciplined guy who tolerates no mistakes..but deep down he's just a clumsy kid..atleast this is what Jungwon tells about him and I feel the same..just how can someone forget the timing on literally the first day of university..
*sighs*Just another day with jay..
I was just zoning out when I heard honking of the car..It was Jay.
"Quick!! we'll be late for orientation!!" Jay yelled. "Ofcourse thanks to you.." I said as I opened the door as sat down..
we both wore simple outfits today..I guess most freshers avoid attention on the first day.

"we both Kind of wore the same thing.." I pointed out how our outfits were so similar. "It's okay..Jungwon won't be jealous of you..and we are fine just the colours are similar the whole outfit is different..blah blah blah.."
*starts lecturing about colour and themes of clothes*
"I shouldn't have said anything about outfits.." I sigh.. "Hyaa! you should be thankful for my deep knowledge on fashion..I can help you buy clothes for freshers party.." "let's just make sure we don't get detension on the first day!" "we'll reach in 5 more minutes..calm down.." Jay said focusing on the road.
It feels weird...maybe cause It's the first day,I should stay out of trouble during university..
