Zoro and Stella were on the stairs.
Zoro was looking at the sword that he got.
Zoro: A cursed sword, huh? Interesting. 
Luffy meets them scaring Zoro
Luffy: Oh! That's a cool sword you have!
Zoro: Damn! Don't scare me like that.
Stella goes to Luffy and gives him Hugs and kisses all over the face
Luffy: Stella. Anyways what are you guys doing here?
Zoro: No what are you doing?
Luffy: Me. I'm lost
Zoro: Why're acting cocky about that?!
Luffy: Hey tell me. How do I get to the execution Platform?

All the men pointed their guns at him
After a few seconds, all the men fell down but one.
Daddy goes to him
Daddy: Run home and have your mana bake you a cake, kiddo

Luffy: That old guy's cool!
Stella: I think that man might be. Daddy the parent. 
A/n summary of what Usopp did
Usopp just wanted to get some goggles for him but ended up making a little girl upset when he told her it was his when she got it. What Usopp didn't know was that her Dad was Daddy the father of the Navy's beat snipper. 
And when Daddy found him he Saw Luffy wanted poster and said it was him. After all that Usopp and Daddy were going to a duel for. Nami was able to meet him and see the whole duel. Usopp used a Smoke bomb to escape but ended up regretting what he did so he asked for another. But Daddy asked him to do something else and if he missed it would be his life that's on the line.
Usopp had to use his Skill to shoot a Centerpiece that was far away. Usopp did so in unseen place the crown.
Daddy knew who he was because of his father. Daddy long time ago life was on the line just like Usopp with a duel but Ysapp let him live finding out he had a daughter. He told him that he had a reagent going into the sea leaving his Son behind and he gave Daddy a second Chance.
For Sanji, he was looking for the woman he saw but he didn't know it was Alvida but was Challenges to a cook-off by a woman named Carmon but she didn't feel like getting into the whole Cook-off. 
Buggy and Mohji were eating at a restaurant 
Damm that detestable Straw Hat and Bandana! To think we can't find him despite looking all over for them like this...
Mohji: But Captain, why in the heck do we have to wear clocks like this? 
Buggy: Don't you know anything about being a pirate? There's an annoying Navy Captain named Smoker in this town. If he finds us, my plan to get revenge on that Straw Hat will be ruined! Anyhow. Hurry up a. Find that Straw Hat! Got that?
Luffy was stuffed
Man, my stuffed! We have to eat well before we leave Loguetown.
Zoro: I was starving

Luffy laughs as he bangs his hand on the table. That's true.
Buggy was bagging his Hand on the same as well
But, really...that Straw Hat is an annoying bastard! Next time I see him,  I'll crush him! 
Zoro: Then how're we going to pay for this,
Stella: I can pay
Zoro: No keep your money to yourself.
Buggy: I can't let him off the hook.
Luffy: I wonder if they'd let us off the hook...
Buggy: There's no way I can! He bangs his hand again and the nag of berries goes into the air on Luffy'a hat
Luffy: How. Lucky. He turns around. Hey, you're going to treat us? Thanks.
Luffy puts the bag back on his table
Luffy: Thanks again
Zoro: Thanks for Treating us
Stella: Thanks. They all walk off
Buggy; You're welcome..
That voice..?
Mohji: Oh, yeah it was Straw Hat guy.
Buggy: Uh Anyone home? You flashy idiot! Go after him already! 
Mohji: Yes sir 
For Sanji, went to the market and looked around until her people were by the ocean that's where he saw it the Elegant Bluefin tuna from South Blue. He wanted to buy that fish from them but the men who caught it said it was for the cook-off the same one he was not to. He heard it was still letting people in so he joined and was against others. Nmai and Usopp saw the oile gather there so they went and saw Sanji.  In the end, Sanji won against Carmon and would one day Cook against her again
Nmai: Ah! That was fun! I don't know why but today was a day of face-offs.
Usopp: Hey, why am I carrying the heavier part 
Sanji: Well...an elephant Blue tuna, him huh? I wonder what it tastes like... Look like I can use the fins for making stock. What can I use the ear areas for? Ahh, I can't wait to cook it! 
Nami stops and looks up
Usopp: What's the matter Nami?
Nami: The air has changed it'll rain 
Sanji: Hun? When the weather is nice like this? 
Nami: There is no doubt about it. Let's hurry. 
Luffy Stella and Zoro we're walking
Luffy's hat flew off him

Zoro: Wait. He walked

Smoker: He showed up
