Honey was in the kitchen with Izzie who was dumping the frozen turkey into the kitchen sink before getting recipes and books out in preparation for cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
Since Izzie and Honey were the only ones who knew how to cook they were in charge of cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
They didn't see Meredith who was now dressed to go out sneaking down the stairs. She sneaks past the kitchen peeking quickly to see if Izzie and Honey are there.
"Hey," Izzie called out making Meredith stops instantly and spins around where she sees Izzie and Honey both standing right behind her holding recipe books.
"What do you think you're doing?" Izzie asked just as the doorbell rang.
Honey knew that holidays weren't something that Meredith celebrated and most of the time she only celebrated them because of Honey.
"Uh ... answering the door," Meredith says but Izzie looks at what Meredith's carrying.
"You're going to the hospital?"
"Yes but after..."
Izzie interrupts, "Meredith everyone is supposed to be in the kitchen by 9 am to help me and Honey make dinner. It's Thanksgiving."
"I told you we should have started last night, I'm just glad my desserts are already done," Honeysaid out loud.
"I'm really not in the mood."
"But it's like a family..."
"Izzie relax just because you celebrate doesn't mean everyone does, the food will be here when she gets home," Honey says as the doorbell rings again.
"Doorbell." Meredith makes her way over to the door. She opens the door with a strange look on her face.
An older man, who turns out to be George's Dad, and his two brothers Ronny and Jerry are standing at the door.
"Is this where Georgie lives?" The older male asked.
"Georgie?"
"O'Malley. Where is he, upstairs?"
"Georgie is upstairs," Honey answered as Meredith lets them enter the house.
Mr. O'Malley, Ronny and Jerry all yell, "O'Malley"
They run up the stairs chanting, "O-Mall-ey O-Mall-ey."
Izzie looked at Honey and Meredith, "Should I call the police?"
She turns her gaze back up to the stairs. Meredith takes the opportunity to sneak out and closes the door. Izzie hears the sound and calls out.
