"Oh master blessed by the Sun, we have brought you a gift. This arrow, that contains a fragment of the goddess, Amaterasu's light."
A figure in black emerged out of the shadows into the light. It was a teenage boy with a dragon tattoo going up from his stomach to his cheek. He wore a school uniform. His hair neatly combed back, dyed light blue, his eyes lifeless.
"Great work, Junpei. I shall reward you with the true blessing hidden behind this arrow, besides... just look at it. It seems drawn to you."
"?!"
A woman whose face couldn't be seen spoke to Junpei as shock ran through his entire body. Rather than him just getting a regular cut from the arrow, the arrows behavior was completely different. The arrow disappeared from his hand and was crawling through his arm and was in his neck under his dragon tattoo.
"GAHH!!! THANK YOU O' GODDESS FOR YOUR BLESSING!!!"
Despite the boy being in pain, he still thanked the arrow and the woman who stood before him. The arrow left through his neck, but there was no sign of a wound. He was chosen. Just what power did this boy obtain from the light fragment within his arrow? The boy bowed and then looked up at the woman. No matter what he tried to do, he couldn't see her face. Her face was covered in light. There was not a single feature he could make out. The woman patted the boy on his head.
"Now then, my loyal dog, go find him. Kouhei Shibatsuki."
"Yes ma'am!" In an instant, he disappeared...or maybe it wasn't instantaneous. Could it have been a part of his stand? What was his ability?2.
"I can't believe he got away with the arrow." Sitting on the step under the Torii gate, I let out a heavy sigh.
"Neither can I. Say Shibatsuki..."
"Just call me Kouhei."
"Kouhei...what did you say your stand name was?"
Kouhei looked over at the man with an agitated look on his face. Pulling out a cigarette, he looked over at Ryuu, signaling him to light his cigarette. In the moment, Spark Fox manifested once again and lit it. Kouhei, blowing out smoke, looked up into the sky and then laid back on the ground, looking at the shapes of the clouds.
"My stand name is Historia Blue."
"Historia Blue...."
"...and it can make me jump back into the past, but it seems like there are limitations."
"I see." Ryuu held his fingers out as Kouhei put a cigarette in it and lit it with his own stand. Blowing out smoke and watching the wind blow it away, he would look back over and begin studying Kouhei.
"The fuck do you want?" Kouhei asked with a sharp tone, getting creeped out by the man staring at him.
"Nothing...I didn't think the 'Light of Amaterasu' within that arrow would've given you a stand like that. Usually, it blesses people with unusual things, but if you're not lucky, you die. I was blessed with Spark Fox, which comes from the Inari god. That nasty woman over there got a stand of a Yokai known as a Yuki-onna. Our stands are based on all of these mythical things. Things must be different for you since you are the son of DIO. That must be why you were blessed with a stand to change the future. Rare stands like yours are a true blessing granted from this light."
Kouhei sat up and tilted his head in confusion. "What the hell? You're lying, right?"
"I'm not. Many years ago, a strange light fell on many different temples in many different locations of Japan. Many of the Shinto Priests call it 'The Blessing of the Sun' because of the many abilities it granted them when they touched the arrow that has been touched by light."
"Wait, so you're saying there are many different dangerous arrows like that?"
"Yes. The speedwagon organization paid it no mind due to the fact that they were hidden in a sacred and secure place as well as the Shinto Priests used their stands to protect it."
Kouhei furrowed his brow and glared at Ryuu as if he was peering right into the depth of his soul, which sent chills down his spine. "Lemme guess. It's thanks to your dumbass for wanting to see who else would be worthy that now these other parties obtained its power and now have the power to seek out the others?"
"You didn't have to be that harsh... but I wanted to test how far the power of light from Amaterasu could go. I wanted to know if only priests could have these great powers and who would be truly worthy of such a great power like you and Historia Blue. You're a Joestar, but you weren't born with a Stand, right?" Ryuu narrowed his eyes as he stood up, taking in more smoke to the lungs and then exhaling it all out.
"Joe...star....I have heard these terms used before long ago. No, I wasn't born with a Stand."
"So your luck was very low at birth...and when you touched the arrow, your chances when you rolled the dice once again gave you a great Stand like Historia Blue. Now I get it."
"I see....wait...what time is it?"
"10:34 am..."
"Shit, I gotta get to school. Tell me more about it later...uh..."
"Just Ryuu is fine."
"Right...."
Kouhei got up and sprinted through the Torii gates and rushed to school, tossing out his cigarette.3.
10 minutes had passed, Kouhei had finally made it to class and slammed open the door.
"Sorry, I'm late."
Yumeko's face lit up as she saw his face she couldn't help but stand up.
"Kouhei, you're back."
"Ah...it's always refreshing to see my lovely girlfriends face."
Mr. Ohashi snapped the chalk in his hand as his face turned red. His glasses fogged up as nothing but pure rage was seen on his face.
"GET OUT NOW, KOUHEI!!"
"The fuck did I do now?"
Mr. Ohashi walked up to him and grabbed the collar of his school uniform.
"Do you realize how great of a day I was having until you came here? You ruined it. YOU RUINED EVERYTHING YOU BLONDE HAIRED FREAK!!
Mr. Ohashi shook him and then stopped. He then smelled Kouhei. The fumes from when he was smoking went into his nostrils.
"You were smoking as well? Perfect... now I can get you kicked out."
"You done?"
Kouhei looked into Mr. Ohashi's eyes through his glasses. It wasn't the look of someone who's scared of the teacher. It's the look of someone who threatens the teachers very existence. The face of someone who could really kick his ass if he felt like it.
"You little punk -"
"Um... Mr. Ohashi... could you please continue with the lesson? I want to actually learn so I can pass these tests and get into Tokyo U."
The voice was soft and sweet. It carried a beautiful tune. The voice came from Kouhei's girlfriend.
"Tch."
Mr. Ohashi tossed Kouhei into the wall. Kouhei accepted his fate and hit the wall.
"That'll teach you, you punk. But before we do all of that I want to introduce a new student who will be joining us today. Come on in, and Kouhei get your ass out."
Kouhei left with out a word, but his hand that was on the wall left a big hole in it leading straight for outside. Most likely using his stand to vent his anger instead of beating up Mr. Ohashi. Two boys passed each other, one being the new student, while the other being Kouhei who was leaving the classroom.
"Our new student for today transferring from the Sandai district..."
"My name is Junpei Takazashi. It's nice to meet all of you."
The boy with light blue hair bowed.
I could've sworn I seen him with a tattoo, but it's gone...as he entered the classroom a strange light emmited from it and then it disappeared. Could he be a stand user as well? His figure reminds me of someone I came across before...but who and where?Kouhei walked off and then sat down by the classroom door and took out his phone and made a call.
"Hello? Ryuu? I think we found our guy. Hah? The fuck you mean don't take action? I can't keep up with that promise...I'm out."
Kouhei hung up the phone. Not noticing, something strange flew past the window. What could possibly be in for Kouhei now?Junpei sat down with a big smirk on his face.
Kouhei Shibatsuki...you're mine.
