Hi everyone! So this is my very first Ateez fic snd I'm excited to share it!
I'm a big fan of horror/thriller books (my bookcase is full of them) such as those by Stephen King. My main inspiration for this fic is The Shining and IT both written by Stephen King. I loved the idea of the Shining and how the hotel being looked after twisted Jack's mind, and combine that with IT... well you'll see ;)
I hope you'll be able to pick up some references made!
Another inspiration is the song Bring Me To Life by Evanescence which i have probably listened to throughout the entirety of writing this!
There's also one scene inspired by Texas Chainsaw Massacre :)
