"Come on, Puckerman!"

Quinn looked at Puck as they watched their son's game. "Does that take you back?"

"Coach Beiste only yelled at me, like, twice." Puck stated.

"And all Coach Tanaka ever did was yell at you." Quinn added.

"But he never did that." Puck said, furrowing his eyebrow as the coach shoved Hudson repeatedly while screaming at him.

Quinn followed Puck's gaze. She frowned as she watched the coach scream at her son until the assistant coach stepped in.

"I'm gonna go say something." Puck decided as he got up.

"Don't make a scene." Quinn requested. "Okay?"

"Okay." Puck repeated. He walked over to the fence. "Hey, Coach. You got a sec?"

"We're in the middle of a game."

"This won't take long." Puck promised. "Come here."

"Puckerman, when you're playing the guitar or writing a song, I don't tell you how to do your job." The coach noted as he walked over towards Puck.

"Careful with your coaching methods." Puck warned him.

"What?"

"These are kids." Puck stated. "Stop screaming at them and pushing them around."

"That? They're boys. Boys need to be shaped into men."

"Not like that." Puck shook his head. "Don't put your hands on my son."

"Your son needs to toughen up."

"That's not the way to do it." Puck said.

"He's weak. He's too soft. Boys like that grow up to be..."

"What?" Puck challenged the coach as he folded his arms.

"You know."

"No I don't know." Puck stated. "Why don't you tell me?"

-

"What a shitshow, huh?" Puck asked as he returned home with his family. "You did a great job today, buddy. Go shower and then we'll find your sisters and order food, okay?"

"Okay." Hudson said as he ran off.

"Beth's still out with your mom and the girls." Quinn informed Puck. "You wanna talk about it?"

"That coach said that Hudson's a wuss." Puck told Quinn as they sat down in the living room. "Or that he's gay."

"He said that?" Quinn asked.

"He implied it." Puck clarified. "And you know what, I don't care if he's gay, but that doesn't mean there's something wrong with him, and it doesn't give some jackass the right to put his hands on him."

"I agree."
