A special force squad called Jaeger has been formed and led by Esdeath in order to strengthen the inside of the Empire. Tatsumi entered a tournament that hosted by Esdeath so he can gain money and sent it to his village, but he get taken by Esdeath instead because he is material of man that she is looking for. While knowing around about Jaeger, Tatsumi is trying to find a way to escape so he can return to Night Raid. 
(Evening) 
(Town) 
After receiving their next task, Kraken's group reach a town to take a break there before continuing their ways. And at the same time, Lily continue her career as a singer as a cover for their ways with Chelsea being her assistant and Kraken as their sole bodyguard. Though Chelsea and Kraken play music for Lily whenever she sang. 
(Restaurant) 
At one of the local large restaurant, the place is quite packed as Lily is making a performance there. Everyone went there to see her. 
Lily: Everyone, good evening! I, Lily, is here to sing for you all! 
"Lily-chan!" 
"Lily!" 
"We're always rooting for you!" 
The crowd just continue to cheer for her. 
Lily: Now, it is time for another song for you to hear! Are you all ready?! 
"Yeaaahhh!" 
Lily: *snap her fingers* Hit it!

After done with the song, the crowd clap their hands and cheer for Lily. 
Lily: Thank you! Thank you so much! 
She waving at them as they all cheering for her. Chelsea and Kraken glance at each other, and nod that Lily success again. Though there is one man who seems to set his eyes on Lily. 
(Time Skip) 
After the performance, the group having a dinner at the very restaurant while the Lily's fans able to speak with her. They all are very happy able to talk with their famous idol. At the same time, Lily able to get some info when their fans just keep talking without thinking. After they are left alone, the group able to eat in peace. 
Lily: And we finally able to get lots of info that we needed. 
Kraken: Good work, Lily. 
Chelsea: Your singer career have so much use in it. Being famous as a perfect cover, able to get intel from different sources and didn't raise any suspicions. 
They eat their dinner after being left by the fans, and Kraken eat a lot portion of food like usual. At least they have lots of money thanks from their jobs and also Lily's payment from her career. Though while their eating dinner, the surprising one is Lily drink a lot of booze. 
(Men Room) 
At his own room, Kraken is observing the detail of every jobs they performed and the new tasks that Najenda has given them. 
Kraken: *in mind* Our next move will be assassinating the lord of the next town that have habit of taking girls in just for his own fun. Ugh... This just like most of the corrupt nobles that we've taken care of.
