"Don't you dare feel guilty for letting those who dim your light go. Not everyone you meet deserves to be a character in your story."
Third Person
After the encounter Scott had with the girl stuck in a coyote form, Scott, Stiles, and Allison have been trying to track her down as soon as possible. Her father apparently is trying to kill her without actually knowing that it's his daughter.
Scott still couldn't believe it was actually Malia stuck in that form.
"Coyotes travel on fixed trails," Allison had pointed out. The boys followed her finger trail down the tablet's screen of the map.
"But I think you're right about her not going back to the den. Coyotes don't like wolves." Allison says, glancing straight at Scott. "And they're really smart. If they don't want to be heard, they actually walk on their toys."
This fact had piqued Stiles's interest quickly as he thought it was a pretty clever skill that the animal could have. "Coyotes tiptoe?"
"They tiptoe." Allison shrugged with a small smile on her face. Suddenly the bell rings and makes sure to tell her the location of where they could find Malia that day.
Not only for Malia's sake, they needed to make sure she was safe from her father accidentally trying to kill her.
Hope finally entered the classroom along with Rafael and Scott had glanced her way the moment he caught on to her calm vanilla and pinecone scent.
As their eyes made eye contact he gave her a small smile and she couldn't help but send it back. He's so cute! She had thought.
As class started Mr.Yukimura looked straight at Stiles so he could read in front of the class.
In Hope's eyes, it seemed like he really didn't want to get up there. He looked anxious about it. But eventually, after a little push, Stiles gets up there anyway.
He stared at the book, looking very hazy and almost out of focus.
From what it looked like, he was having a panic attack. Or at least that's what Hope had thought. Sitting close to Scott came in handy because she glanced at the dark-haired boy.
"Scott," She murmured and he looked towards Hope as she nodded her head towards his best friend. He had stood up from his seat, clearly worried and filled with anxiousness over his friend. Hope couldn't stop wondering if he was okay.
"Stiles? You okay?"
He suddenly started to lose balance as he looked as if he was going to pass out. Scott grabs ahold of him and he drags him out of the classroom, excusing them from Mr. Yukimura.
Rafael and Hope glanced at each other and shrugged. "Kaleb was right. These guys are weird." Rafael mutters to Hope.
But she couldn't help but feel some kind of concern for the two boys as she hoped they were okay. But that doesn't mean she didn't think that something else was going on and it didn't seem as if it was because his friend was just suddenly dizzy. After what happened in the last class when Stiles was acting weird and the questions their friend group was asking, Hope couldn't feel as if there was more to what was going on. And she didn't quite like the fact that she wanted to know.
In the bathroom, Stiles dragged himself against the wall, sliding down and sitting on the floor breathlessly.
"What the hell is happening to me?"
Scott crouches down to eye level with him. "We'll figure it out." He reassures his best friend. "You're going to be okay."
"Am I?" Stiles shakes his head. "Are you?"
