Grace
I contacted Anastasia and asked her if they would be willing to adopt three orphans. I did the children's checkups after they were placed in specialized care home. They all had broken bones that needed mending. The casts and the bindings had to be carefully monitored. They finally were healed and are ready to be adopted by people who would take all three of them. Anastasia wanted to meet them prior to talking to Christian and her talking about it at all. Finally we both talked Christian into meeting the children and at first he was as standoffish as the children were, but they warmed up to him once he told them about being adopted himself. He told them I was his savior and he didn't trust anyone until me.
Anastasia 
Grace knew that Christian and I were on a waiting list to adopt a child. We decided to adopt a child. When Grace mentioned the three children whose mother was the woman on the news who was found in the warehouse that Elliott was going to demolish until they made it a crime scene for three months. I fell in love with the three of them, but Christian would need to okay it as well. At first the children were scared of him until he finally spoke to them about Grace the doctor who was taking care of some of their needs adopting himself and two others. He told them how he first met her and now he felt like the luckiest person in the world after having such a bad life prior to him being adopted by her and Carrick. They wanted to know more about being adopted and what it was. 
Christian 
After seeing these little faces all terrified by the sight of me, I tell them my adoption story and how I was very lucky to have Grace and Carrick as parents and even though my life. I look at them and they ask what adoption is and I have to explain it. We have been approved to adopt all three, but we need to ask them if they would like to become our children? We sit down and talk to the three of them, Christina kind of understands it and they will go where she asks them to. She likes mom and Anastasia already but she is scared of men at this stage. So I will need to let her know that I would never hurt any of them. Three days later we bring them home with us and show them their rooms. They slept together in the youngest twins bedroom. We moved very quickly getting their rooms ready for them. Mom and dad are pretty happy about it and Tessa and David were very welcoming to them. After all they have new family members. Mia liked them very much. 
Anastasia 
We are finally settled in and of course guess who gets pregnant and Kate is as well. Mia is planning her wedding to Thomas Sawyer who is now my bodyguard after he told Christian he wanted to marry Mia. Can't guard your fiancé. So Thomas Sawyer is my bodyguard along with female bodyguards. They rotate so much that I barely learn their names. It is hard to find and keep female bodyguards. Jason has even went so far as training them with dad's help. They are recruiting teams of females to take on these kind of assignments. Some young ladies got wind of it being sponsored by GEH and applied for the positions hoping they can get close to the Grey family. Lyle, Roger and Annabelle have made sure they weed out the gold diggers. Our children are finally getting used to the changes in their lives. We found photo albums of them and their mother along with the fathers they lost. We bring them out just to calm them down. Mia, Elliott and Christian tell them about how they came to be adopted and that helps even more. David and the twins are close in age and Tessa is close to Christina's age. It helped a lot in the first month. Kate and I being pregnant at the same time was a huge coincidence. Our shots failed and it was from the same batch and doctors office.

I was thrilled about the pregnancy and told Kate that, but it caused her to reassign her projects to Jose and his assistant. Christian and Anastasia are in shock and they are getting a nursery ready for the new baby. David is excited about getting a new family member. Christian and Anastasia have involved their three in the setup of the baby's nursery. They are helping choose a manny or nanny to add to their current ones. Kate and I went through numerous different ones before we found a few that weren't after something other than an excellent job working with children. We had to trust them implicitly and we found a few that had fake backgrounds created. Luckily we didn't meet those. Christian said they were bombarded by so many applicants that they couldn't keep up with them. We had the same issue, but we found out Ray and Jason decided to go through them after they saw the piles of applicants. Only the best got through the first tier of the interviews and then references that didn't pan out we're not asked to another interview. Even the regencies had to have background checks. You never know who someone might put as a reference. They found several for full time and they found temporary on call staff. They have rotating mannies and nannies. Gail is in charge of all of them and she watches all of them like a hawk. Well security cameras do along with security teams. Then they have to be approved by the children. A few didn't get approved by the children. Later we discovered they were hired by another wealthy family and had injured their charges. They also were only wanting to become the new spouse of the husband or wife.
