Bright white teeth glistened in the darkness of Winter's bedroom as the werewolf entered, tipping his head to the side curiously as she slept on her bed.
Ahh... so peaceful.
She didn't know what was coming, did she?
His eyes glowed in mischief as he closed the door behind him, taking in her calm form as he slipped a dagger from his pants.
"Night-night," he sang, "sleep tight. No one will bother your sleep tonight."
And he started creeping toward her bed. "Or ever again."
But a gun clicked behind him, and he stilled, feeling something cold press to the back of his neck.
Cameron tipped his head to the side from behind him, smiling darkly as the barrel of his gun pressed against his spine. "Big mistake."
The werewolf froze, heart stilling.
How was he here? What the hell?
Cameron... in Winter's room? The Cameron?
No, he must've been dreaming.
His boss didn't mention anything about this monster...
The hybrid.
"Sorry," Cameron whispered menacingly, "but you sealed your fate. Let's go somewhere more... private."
And he slammed the heel of the gun into the werewolf's head, knocking him unconscious.

Twenty minutes later-as Deric leaned against the wall of the garage-Cameron stepped casually over to the man tied in the chair.
"How long has it been?" Cam said.
"Almost twenty-five," Deric replied, checking his watch.
Cam kneeled down, looking at the werewolf's face curiously. "Is he tied tightly?"
"Yes, sir," Deric replied. "Ankles, wrists, stomach, and elbows."
Cameron's smile tilted. "Well... I guess it's time to wakey-WAKEY!"
He slapped the werewolf hard across the face, making Deric smirk as he stood, and the werewolf gasped, shooting awake.
Panic glimmered in his eyes as he looked around, then he moved his arms, gazing down immediately to find them tied tightly to the chair.
He then moved his eyes back up to Cameron, pupils shrinking in fear.
"So..." Cameron said, leaning against the wall and pushing silver bullets into his gun, gazing up at the wolf seconds later, "this is how this is going to go: you're going to answer my questions unless you want all your limbs broken."
His eyes grew.
"Yeah," he replied, leaning against a wall, "no one likes the sound of that, do they? So, are you going to cooperate?"
He was silent.
Cameron smirked, grabbing a chair from the right and tugging it out, settling on it backwards seconds later, gun aimed lazily toward the ground.
"Let's start, shall we?" he said.
The werewolf only gazed up at him, sweat sliding down his temples.
"Who's your leader?" Cam said.
He was silent, irises beating in fear.
Cameron waited patiently for an answer, tapping his shoe.
He then glanced at Deric, who was smiling sharply, then gazed back at the werewolf. "Two seconds, and then I'll make you answer."
He was still silent.
"Alright," he responded, standing now as he casually stepped over to the wolf. He kneeled down, pressing the barrel under the assassin's chin. "Who's your leader?"
"I'm not talken'. 'Cause you're bluffing," the wolf snarled.
His lips tilted. "Am I?"
"Clearly, you little child." He nodded to Cameron. "What are you, fifteen?"
"Seventeen," he replied, smiling slyly. "Answer the question."
"As I said," he growled, "I-ain't-talken'."
Cameron sighed. "I was afraid of that."
He then slammed the butt of his gun on the wolf's index finger, making him scream in agony as a crack echoed through the room.
"Who is your leader?" Cameron demanded through his pained cries.
He never responded, just tried to breathe through the pain.
So Cameron slammed the gun into the same finger, making him shriek as he writhed against the chair.
"I have all night," he replied. "Who-is-your-leader?"
The wolf gasped, struggling against the bindings as the single finger darkened to purple.
"Alright," he responded, raising the gun again.
"M-Maverik!" the wolf screamed, body rattling with tremors.
Cameron tipped his head to the side. "Maverik, who?"
"Maverik Delenore!" he replied. "Please, for the love of god!"
Cameron glanced at Deric, silently questioning if he knew the name.
He just shrugged, indicating he didn't.
Cam then gazed back over to the wolf. "Okay, second question:" he leaned forward, "does your troop know where we are?"
"Please," he begged, "for the love of god-"
Cameron's weapon fired, making him cry out as he gazed down, finding a bullet hole deepened into the ground mere inches from his foot.
"Answer," Cam demanded as the wolf started shaking.
"N-no, they don't!"
"Are you lying?" Cam inquired, arching a brow.
"N-no!" he said again. "I was just wandering, and I came across her from the window! I haven't called it in yet!"
Cameron searched his features, reading his body language and mind for signs of lying.
There were none.
"Okay," he said, watching him curiously, "next one." His eyes darkened. "Why Winter?"
"I can't," he told him.
He immediately clenched his teeth and fired the weapon, making the wolf scream as the bullet pierced through his knee.
"WHY Winter?" Cameron demanded. "WHY ARE YOU AFTER HER?"
"I'm not telling you SHI-"
Cameron slammed the heel of the gun into the bullet wound, making the wolf scream as it deepened an inch into his knee.
"AH!" he cried. "REVENGE! REVENGE!"
He kept the gun inside his knee, eyes darkening. "Who wants revenge?"
"Maverik!" he cried.
"Why?" Cameron demanded.
"For killing his nephew, Kit!"
Cameron's eyes darkened in fear. "Winter's his niece?"
"Yes!" he sobbed.
Cameron stood then, ripping the gun out from his wound and making him screech.
He then aimed it toward his forehead, and he gazed up, panicked. "Thanks for the information."
"No-no-no!"
But he pulled the trigger, and the bullet pierced in between his eyebrows.
And the wolf dropped his head, deceased.
Cameron set the gun down, regarding the man suspiciously. "Get rid of the body," he told Deric.
He stood from the wall. "Yes, sir."
And Cameron turned, exiting the room.
