Karan: "Arrey, I am just asking..."
Another cadet called Karan for some help so he had to go. After some time he again came near Monami to check - she was on the lat pull down machine, strengthening her shoulders and back. Karan came behind Monami, held her hand to ask her to move the grip to middle of the handles and said near her ears. "Judge nahi kar raha sirf poochh raha hoon. Maine bhi to bataya na"
Monami rolled her eyes to Karan. "My dear trainer, let me focus here"

After the classes, Monami was in her room when Karan came in. He closed the door as Monami turned to see him. Monami smiled and stepped ahead and put her arms around Karan's waist. "Kya baat hai Agent Shergill, Aaj to shaam hone ka wait bhi nahi kiya. Abhi Sanju aayegi room mein lunch kar ke"
Karan: "Wo main batane aaya tha ki main half day le raha hoon. Town ja raha hoon, kuch shopping karni hai kal ke liye. Tum chalogi?"
Monami sighed: "I wish. But mere Khadoos trainer ne class ko ek bada sa assignment diya hai jo mujhe aaj complete karna hai."
Karan: "Assignment to do din baad submit hona hai"
Monami: "Kal ka poora din sirf mere darling boyfriend ke liye, no distractions, no assignments. So wo mujhe abhi karna padega."
Karan held Monami's hands and twirled her into his arms: "Maaro goli uss khadoos trainer ko."
Monami: "Nah! He is too hot plus wo mujhe apni best cadet bulata hai" 
Karan: "But mujhe tumhari zaroorat hai na. Ab mera first time hai but shaayad tum experienced ho. I mean I have done some research but if you have experience, you can guide me how to prepare for tomorrow. Aur agar nahi Ho to bata do, I will buy extra lubrication."
Monami: "Oh god Karan not again. Ye topic end karo na. Listen, do baatein
1. it's still awkward to talk in so much detail with you about "preparation for our first time sss ... together" and 2. why are we discussing my virginity suddenly. 
And maine research Jo research ki hai usme kahin bhi itni planning nahi hoti. To tum zyada stress mat lo please."
Karan: "Okay Monami. Let's drop that topic though I wonder why you would hide it from me." Karan wasn't happy but didn't see the need to stretch the topic. "Anyways, ye batao ko tumne kahan research ki hai"
Monami (sheepishly): "Romantic fiction books mein. You have no idea how elaborate they can be. The couple always have first time s*x when they can't resist each other, no plans needed, and it's still perfect, very passionate and so satisfying."
Karan: "Okay then, I was planning to stay at bhabhi's place tonight. Kal ke liye preparation."
Monami: "No, no, no. No way. Raat ke 12 baje tum mere paas yahan hoge and that's an order. No questions or negotiations"
Karan smiled and put Monami's hand on his heart. "Yes, ma'm.

At 11 pm at night, when Karan was in his room after his shopping trip, Monami asked him to meet in the gym area. Karan reached there only find all cadets gathered to celebrate his birthday. 
"It's just a small get together, Karan sir. We will have some drinks and dances for an hour and then cut the cake at 12. Please.." 
When everyone insisted, Karan reluctantly agreed. They started with some music and Dance and Karan danced with a few cadets on their request before pulling Monami to dance with him.
Monami: "Everyone is here for you Agent Shergill. Isse zyada excitement banta hai."
Karan: "I thought you wanted to be with me at 12" 
Monami: "I didn't say, I will be the only one with you"
Karan: "You cheated"
Monami: "Karan, assume it's just us. Academy mein waise bhi hum kya hi alag karte jo ab nahi karenge. Tum yahi kehte - Monami, Rules are rules." Monami mimicked Karan which annoyed him a lot. 
"Oh don't throw tantrum Karan. Ye Shergill ka Sher bhabhi ke akele ghar mein hi jagega. Wo mujhe pata hai,. To sabke man ki kar lo na. Please smile karo." Monami said with a smile. 
At 12, everyone cut cake. Faizi, Sanju fed cake to Karan and called Monami to feed cake to Karan. Some cadets cheered for Monami to give a birthday kiss to Karan, but Karan strictly told them to behave. While the cake was being cut and served. Suddenly, the lights went out,
Monami was pulled by a strong arm and dragged to a side. Monami realised she is on the back side of the gym now against a wall. A light beam of light reflected on Karan's face so Karan moved them both to extreme corner which was dark. "Karan, koi dekh lega" Monami was saying but her words were cut off by the sudden push of Karan's mouth on her mouth. They could both taste some flavour of the chocolate cake which was soon swallowed till they tasted each other. Fragrance of Karan's strong cologne collided with Monami's floral and mixed with the heat it created a amorous ambience. Their hearts were beating faster. Monami was scared that the light could turn on any moment but she didn't bother to stop. Monami was in a state of trance when Karan moved her hand on her leg visible from the slot of her gown. His hand moved from front of her bare thigh to its back, lifting it up and wrapping around his waist. His hand went under Monami's leg, when Monami realised what was happening.
"Karan, stop, not here" Monami pleaded
"What, I thought you preferred the unplanned, passionate s*x like your fantasy books" Karan stopped moving his hand. 
"Not now, not here. Karan please. We can get into trouble." Monami sounded really nervous. 
"Karan stopped and gave a little peck on Monami's cheek. Raani Sahiba, you don't have to say please. I can happily stick to our plan. Just say Karan, you are the boss and always right."
Monami realised she was caught in her own trap. 
She tried not to concede defeat. "Happy Birthday Karan. Good to know you can break rules for me."
Karan looked in Monami's eyes romantically, "sirf tumhare liye"
Monami kissed Karan's cheeks. "Kuch romance kal ke liye rehne dein. See you tomorrow Karan. 
Both smiled and ended their day with slight smiles and a lot of anticipation.
