Emmett : where's my son 
Lucy : he's in his room playing video games 
Emmett: Noah I'm out here 
Lucy : leave now 
Emmett: I've got something for you * I give her a letter 
Lucy : what is it * i grab it 
Emmett: I wouldn't open it in front of Noah if I was you 
Noah *walks out : what's he doing here mom 
Emmett: to see my son 
Noah : I ain't your son where's Tim mom 
Lucy : he's just doing some paperwork at the station then he'll be home bud why don't you go back to your room then we'll wait for Tim then we can have food 
Noah : yea okay mom bye Emmett *walks back in the bedroom and shuts the door 
Emmett: why does he always ask for Tim 
Lucy : Tim has always been by Noah's side when I was in a coma Tim was by his side when Noah got stabbed and got into a coma Tim and l was by his side where were you 
Emmett: you know what I'll see you soon Lucy *i leave the apartment 
Lucy *shuts the  door and locks it I walk to the couch I open the letter 
Hi mrs chen we will see you in court on the 9th of October  as Emmett Lang will be  fighting for custody over Noah chen 
Lucy * was shocked I  was crying and she tried to calm down 
Tim *unlocks door then shuts it : hey baby how is Noah 
Lucy : t... Tim 
Tim *walks to her sees she's crying rushes to her side : baby what's wrong * I put an arm around her shoulder 
Lucy : he ... 
Tim : baby breathe it's okay I'm here just breathe 
Lucy *calms down a bit : Emmett is fighting for custody over Noah * I grab the letter 
Tim : don't you worry * i grab my phone I text Angela - need you at Lucy's bring Wesley emergency 
* couple hours later 
* Wesley and Angela arrived Tim let them in 
Tim : we need Wesley's help 
Lucy : I need a lawyer 
Angela : what's happened 
Lucy *shows them the letter 
Angela : oh my god he was custody over Noah 
Lucy : not so loud Noah's in there 
Wesley : I can help tell let's sit down and talk 
Tim : I'll make food 
Angela : I'll help 
* Lucy told Wesley everything about Emmett leaving her and Noah when Noah was born and when she and Noah got kicked out if it wasn't for Jackson they wouldn't have had a place 
* Wesley and Angela has food with Noah and Tim and Lucy 

* they left about 80 minutes later  as Tim and Lucy was about to tell Noah about the letter 
* Lucy walks in the room and sit on the edge of the bed where Noah is 
Noah * looks at Tim where's he is standing  : mom what's happened 
Lucy : it's your dad 
Noah : but he's okay Tim is fine 
Lucy : no I mean Emmett 
Noah : what now 
Lucy : he's fighting for custody over you 
Noah : mom what does that mean
Lucy : it means I have to go to court to fight for you if I lose this case Emmett will have full custody over you and you will stay with him forever but if I win this you will stay with me bud 
Noah : okay mom 
Lucy *kisses his forehead goes to leave 
Noah : I love you mom 
Lucy : l love you too bud 
* Lucy and Tim left the bedroom goes into her bedroom and changed into some comfy clothes and got under the covers and cuddled 
Tim : I love you baby 
Lucy * kisses his cheek : I love you too
