Luz walks through a dark area carrying Eda's staff,and using a Light Glyph to help her see. She then sees a shadow of a monster.
Monster:"Foolish child. Leave this place,before you meet your demise."
Luz:"Do not underestimate me,Garlog. For I am the Good Witch Luz,hunter of monsters."
She then gets on one of her knees,and positions Eda's staff like an RPG.

Luz:"Now eat this,sucka!"(confused)"Huh?"
When she looked carefully,the monster,Garlog,was small.

Luz picks him up.
Luz:"You're Garlog?"
Luz takes out a wanted poster,and it shows that Garlog was a terrifying monster,and the reward was 4,000 snails.
Luz:"This is really pathetic."
Garlog:"Small I may be,but you will soon know fear."
King suddenly eats him up.
Luz:"King,drop it now. Drop it now."
King and Luz suddenly start running around.
Luz:"King!"

Back at the Owl House,Luz traps Garlog inside a green empty bottle. She then starts to record a video of herself.
Luz:"Hola,Mama! You haven't heard from me in a while. It's been a week and a half since the petrification ceremony. A week and a half since I... destroyed the portal home."
She sighs and says,
Luz:"I had to. Emperor Belos was going to kill Eda if I didn't hand it over. So,I destroyed it with Julie and Victor's Masenko technique."(under her breath)"She's not gonna understand any of this. Take a deep breath,Luz. It's gonna be fine."
