"Why are you trying to drill a hole in Bhabhi's head by your glares?" I asked and this time my voice seemed to caught his attention as he side glanced at me

"I am not trying to drill a hole in her head. I am trying to kill that guy standing next to her" he replied in his usual dark tone which suits well with his personality and well occupation too

"Stop staring at them like this. Its impolite to be this possessive" I said shaking my head as his usual possessiveness was very evident in his expressions

"As if you were ready to let go of Vritika's a second ago" he said and I rolled my eyes

"It was not because I was possessive I just" I started but stopped as I realized the correct word for my actions would have been possessiveness and especially the way I acted in the morning.

Vivaan's POV

I walk in the venue with Dhriti who soon runs off towards her friends as soon as she saw them. And I shook my head keeping a close look at her footing as she might just be the clumsy Dhriti and she will fall and trip. I started moving ahead as I saw her reach her friends without tripping

"Stop staring at bhabhi and pay some attention at your friends" I heard the voice of Akarsh and turned to see him walking towards me with his wife, Ikshita who was smiling as usual in that polite way.

"Hello" I said and we did a kind of side man hug and I turned towards bhabhi as I joined my hands to say greetings to her as she smiled and returned my greetings

"There you both are. I have been looking for you both" I turned as I heard the voice of other friend, Divyansh who was also walking towards us with a smile with his wife, Pragya who was looking around the room nervously

"Hello" Akarsh said and we both hugged him greeted bhabhi as we started chatting. I turned as Akarsh bumped my hand and stopped my eyes on Dhriti as she walked towards me with a smile

I again focused my attention on her and watched her as she almost reached me but stopped in her tracks as a man of about our age stopped in front of her and passed her a smile.

She looked at him in confusion as he smiled at Dhriti and forwarded his hand towards her. I frown as I view the exchange in between them and take a step closer towards them as I see her looking a bit perplexed for a second.

"Oh, I am the second daughter in law of the family. Dhriti Vivaan Raghuvanshi" she said passing him a smile and I smiled as the guy stepped back a bit and shook his head and looked embarrassed

"I am sorry, I thought" he started as he looked over Dhriti once and I clenched my fist

"Its okay. My husband is waiting" she said pointing towards me while I glared at that guy with gritted teeth and he just walked away from there. Dhriti took a step towards me and held my hand

"I thought you were going to punch him when I saw you walking towards us so fast" she said and I looked over to see my friends standing at a distance of about ten steps from me. I shook my head trying to remember when and how I reached so close towards her

"I was just checking. You looked a bit uncomfortable" I said the main reason I thought I walked towards her with so much determination and she smiled at me

"I know and you don't have to worry I know how to handle guys" she said and I nodded my head as it is pretty obvious with the way she looks that all guys must develop a crush on her on the first sight

"Okay, let's go" I said and turned around only to regret it as I saw the teasing expression on both of my friends faces. I internally cringed as I walked towards them and they both passed me a smile.
