Chapter 11 - Happy Days

                                    

                                          
ALEXIS POV:
                          
"Luke! Lexi! Come on, we have to get ready for school!" Jai yells from outside Lukes bedroom.
                          
Luke groans, "FINE!"
                          
Luke looks up at me, "Morning beautiful."
                          
"Morning!" I say.
                          
We lay there for a while when Jai calls again, "HURRY UP!"
                          
"Ah come on," I say as I get up out of bed. I put my hand out for Luke and he grabs it. I pull him up out of bed and we go to get breakfast. Jade I and talk about cheerleading training this afternoon while the boys talk about footy training. When we are all finished breakfast Luke, Jai and I go to get ready. I pull on the same old uniform, do the same old makeup and do the same old hairstyle but this time my hair is a different colour. Luke dyed it for me last night. It was pretty risky letting Luke near my hair but he was surprisingly great at it. Just as I am brushing my teeth Luke barges in.
                          
He looks at me, "I need to do my hair."
                          
"Really?" I ask him with a funny look on my face. He nods and gives me a wink. All he does to his hair is wet it a bit then rough it up with gel.
                          
"All done," he says as he kisses my cheek and walks out. I clean up after myself and walk out to get my bag.
                          
"You ready?" Beau asks me while he puts on his vans.
                          
"Yeah," I answer. We all hop into Beaus car and he drives us to school.
                          
"See you this arvo," Beau says as he waves us off.
                          
"Yeah, see ya," we all answer.
                          
As we walk into school Ethan and Ellie run up to me.
                          
"Lexi!" Ellie screams as she hugs me.
                          
"Hey beautiful, how you been?" I ask her.
                          
"Good, what about you?" she answers. I shudder at the thought of yesterday. The man, why did he look so familiar? I knew it wasn't dad but he just looked like I had seen him a lot before.
                          
"I'm good," I lie, "Guess what."
                          
"What?" she asks. "You have cheer training tomorrow," I answer.
                          
"YAY!" she shouts. I giggle and tell her all about it as I walk with her, Ethan and Luke to our classes.
                          
"I will see you this arvo," I say to Ethan and Ellie.
                          
"Okay," they reply in sync and walk into their class room.
                          
"See you at lunch beautiful," Luke says as he kisses my cheek.
                          
"Bye," I answer with a smile as I walk into my class room. I go and sit next to Tyla.
                          
"Hey," he says.
                          
"Hey Ty," I answer.
                          
"Are you okay?" he asks referring to what happened yesterday.
                          
"Yeah I am fine," I answer. He nods and we get on with our work.
                          
LUKES POV:
                          
The first couple of periods go forever. All I can think about is Lexi safe or what? I hate leaving her knowing these people are after her. Suddenly my phone vibrates in my pocket.
                          
Beau: Hey, can't pick you up today, something came up at work, sorry.
                          
Me: Is okay bro.
                          
Beau: :)
                          
I don’t text him back just incase the teacher sees my phone. For the rest of the period I do my maths work and think about new Janoskians videos. Soon enough the bell rings for second period. I have a free period so I head to the library to do some homework. I look on our YouTube account. I can’t believe what I see. We have 50,000 subscriber? WHAT! WE HAVE 50,000 SUBS! WHEN THE FUCK DID THIS HAPPEN? I look again to make sure it is real. Holy shit, we have 50,000 subs! I decide to text the boys straight away.
