Four months have passed after Yn voluntarily expelled and secretly graduated from the academy. And Union Academy have seen much change. 
Yn's bullies felt pleased that a weakling like Yn has finally learned his place. But for some reason, they started to somewhat miss beating up Yn. So they did another approach. They intended to be in a force relationship with the girls who have no abilities or harass the faunus girls for messing their animal features. 
Rias and Akeno didn't do anything to stop Issei for achieving his dream of becoming the harem king. In which the weak girls were being forced to be in a relationship with him.
They rest of Rias' peerage were somewhat concerned if they made the right choice of being in a peerage. Same goes for Issei's childhood friend, Irina Shidou an Ace Rank Angel.
Koneko did whatever she can to stop Issei's advances. But Rias ordered her not to interfere. Which is making her worried and having second thoughts of being with Rias. She felt pleased that Yn stuck with her beliefs of accepting women's privacy, which she was glad and proud that someone like him is in the same boat as hers. 
Same goes for Kiba and Xenovia. Whenever they spar with their swords, their duel is somewhat empty. Without a third opponent of having a three way battle, then their duel is somewhat hopeless, which is Yn being with them sparring each other. 
Rossweise is somehow feeling defenseless. Every time she tries to keep the bullies in the academy to be in check, they started to harass her, for she won't have a groom of her own in future and play her body all the time. But with Yn being around, she felt defensive being with him. But somewhat useless of not doing a good job keeping the students in check. 
Team CRDL and team SSSN were somewhat the worst in the academy. CRDL kept on harassing any faunus girl they see and play on their features. SSSN have been invading women's personal space, just trying to swoon other female students against their will. That is when Blake Belladonna broke up with Sun Wukong. Whenever CRDL kept on harassing Velvet Scarletina, Coco Adel defends her all the time, the same goes for Fox Alistair and Yatsuhashi Daichi protecting Velvet. 
[Present] 
Right now, a bullhead of Union Academy is seen flying in Union sky, carrying team RWBY, the Slayer Student Council, the Devil Student Council, and a few IS pilots, heading towards their destination. For they were given a mission from the headmasters. 
[Flashback] 
The selected students are seen in the elevator and entered the headmasters' office.
Claire: You called us, brother? 
Judal: Indeed, dear sister. 
James: There's something that we want you all to see. 
Ironwood's twin sister displayed a 3D hologram between the headmasters and students. On the hologram, displayed a red dot flashing from a nearby forest. 
Ruby: It looks like a distress beacon? 
Weiss: I don't think so, Ruby. If it were, wouldn't an emergency channel come through to us, instead of not calling back to us? 
Winter: You were right on that one Weiss. But something doesn't add up to what's in front of us.
Erica: Like what? 
Jennifer: That's the thing. We didn't send a batch of students to that location. Or give out a recent mission on that location. 
The selected were talking amongst themselves, confused and wondering what's going on. That's when Hundred Slayer Liddy realized something and had a thought. Claire was first to notice her vice president's train of thought.
