This is the story of a man who has yet to realize his destiny. Back in Japan, the true believers have uncovered the truth behind Izuku's "betrayal" just as the LoV launched a massive attack on Musutafu. From there, their leader, Tomura Shigaraki, revealed that he indeed framed Izuku of his crime and revealed that Bakugo had helped them in doing so all to gain One For All for the villains. However, their plan was foiled thanks to Izuku's indirect action of giving Mirio One For All. Now the traitors feel massive regret for their actions while the true believers go and get back their beloved friend. We now go back to Izuku in the Celestial Kingdom to see how his training is going.

It was the morning after the battle between Izuku and Lordgenome as well as Lordgenome's decree to make Izuku his successor as the next Celestial King. Izuku was in a medical ward with Lordgenome and a doctor running a diagnosis on Izuku's current condition. It was rare for an outsider to awaken to Celestial Energy that easily so Lordgenome was trying to find out the connection between Izuku and a past Celestial.

Lordgenome: "Have you figured out the connection between Izuku and any past Celestials, doctor?"

Doctor: "Not yet, this boy's DNA is an anomaly. His codons, chromosomes, and DNA structures look like they've been altered just recently. They've just finished finalizing their new structure but I've still yet to make sense of this arrangement."

Lordgenome: "What exactly happened to you back in your home land?"

Izuku: "It's a long story. Wanna hear it?"

Lordgenome: "By all means, the more we understand your situation the better we can come up with a conclusion to your Celestial Energy."

Izuku: "...I come from a world where quirks and heroes dominate over all other ways of life. I was a hero-in-training at UA High preparing myself to become a new hero."

Izuku: "However, my once best friend turned bully framed me for a crime I didn't commit against the hero society. I was betrayed and beaten by those I thought were my family and friends."

Lordgenome: "Hmm. I'm sorry to hear about that."

Izuku: Sighs "It's okay. Anyway, I was shipped off to the most state-of-the-art security prison built to hold the most dangerous of criminals, Tartarus Prison. However, the bridge we were crossing gave out and the transport carrying me and others went into the ocean. I was lucky to escape and help others escape too, but I didn't have enough strength in me to swim back to shore and the tide just carried me out. I lost consciousness soon after and woke up later on the shore here."

Lordgenome: "Did something happen to you while you were being tortured?"

Izuku: "I remember my former father bringing in a doctor to the room and he used his quirk on me. I didn't know what he did but, the next thing I knew, I was looking like this."

Lordgenome: "It sounds like you went under a DNA change. Your former parents must have done this to you out of rage and shame."

Izuku: "Sounds like it."

Just then, the doctor's analysis of Izuku's new DNA was finished and the doctor printed out a copy of it.

Doctor: "Analysis complete, my liege!"

Lordgenome: "Let me take a look."

The doctor handed Lordgenome the analysis report and Lordgenome was shocked to see what he saw.

Lordgenome: "Three DNA samples used to re-write this boy's DNA?!"

Doctor: "It seems that way. Looks like this quirk was powerful enough to include more than two DNA codons to rewrite DNA. The end result was three DNA codons chosen at random to change this boy's DNA."
