Mystic Falls
"Uh, and which role are you reading for?" Landon asks. Kaleb scoffs, "Uh, Damon," Kaleb says. "Okay. Cool," Landon argues. "Thanks, man," Kaleb says. "I'll be reading for Damon," Kaleb says. "I did not realize that you wanted to play the rapist Salvatore," Grace says. "What," Landon and Kaleb say in unison. "Compelling someone to sleep with you, is non-consensual," Grace explains. "Just saying," Grace deadpans as she sits down next to Landon. "Okay," Landon says. Kaleb auditions for Damon and then another person is called into the room. "Damon," he says. Grace rolls her eyes, "Uh-huh," she mutters. "I see myself as more of a Damon," another person says coming into the room to audition. "Let me guess...Damon?" Grace asks as Jed walks into the gym. "Uh, actually...I kind of like Stefan," Jed admits. "Me, too," Landon says. "I mean, he's like the anchor to the whole story," Jed says. "How is a murderous ripper the anchor to the story," Grace asks. "Exactly," Landon says ignoring Grace. "Yeah, well, you got the part," Landon says. "Are-are you serious?" Jed asks. "Yeah. No one else auditioned for Stefan," Landon says. "Yes! Thank you," Jed says. "I thought he would be better for Tyler," Grace says. "Because you know they are both werewolves and they both have anger issues," Grace says. "Can't keep a girlfriend," Grace adds.
"Would lose their girlfriend to a Mikaelson," Grace whispers. "Faith is a Mikaelson," Hope whispers. Grace gives her cousin a look, "I was talking about Tyler," Grace says. The three Mikaelsons look back at Caroline, Tyler and Klaus.
Hope and Lizzie enter the gym, "I'm playing Caroline," Lizzie announces. "Lizzie. You have to audition," Landon says. "Are you saying someone knows my mom better than I do?" Lizzie asks. "I mean Uncle Nik knows her pretty well," Grace says. "I know my mother better than your Uncle does, I came out of her," Lizzie says. Grace opens her mouth to comment but Lizzie glares at her. "I mean, if we are being technical, so did my dad," Hope adds. Grace snorts in amusement as Lizzie's glare travels between the two of them. "Got it," Landon says. "And I know who should play Elena," Landon says. "Who," the three girls ask in unison. "Josie," Landon replies. "Well, that's just rude," Grace comments. "Elena needs to be played by someone who thinks they need to be involved in every situation," Grace adds. After a minute, the girl smirks, "I've got it," she says. "Who," Landon asks. "Oh, don't worry about that. I'll go talk them into it," she says, waving him off. Lizzie and Hope begin laughing at Landon's new appearance. Landon looking like the doe eyed doppelganger that Grace held so much hate for.
Klaus clears his throat and refuses to look at Caroline. Hope snickers at Lizzie's expression, "Thank you for defending me," Josie says. "You're welcome," Grace says. "I cannot believe he would suggest that you play Elena," Grace adds. Finn shakes his head, "Unbelievable," he mutters.
Josie gives Landon a look, "Me?" she asks. Josie purses her lips as she looks at the classmate that looks like Elena. "We all know you can sing," Landon says. "Well, that doesn't mean I want to be the lead in a musical," Josie retorts. At this point, Josie finds Grace down the hallway and the Mikaelson waves at her. "Josie is talking to Katherine," Finn asks. "Nope," Grace replies. "Elena," Grace says. "Ish," Hope adds. "But I thought you were step, stepping into the light," Landon teases. Josie gasps, "You promised," she mutters. "Look, you're just back from a great visit with Mom, you're feeling good. This could be a great opportunity for a non-magic human to participate in the school's community," Landon says. Grace and Hope exchange a look, both rolling their eyes at Landon's pleading. "Can I...read the script at least?" Josie asks. "Uh...are you sure that you want to," Landon asks. Josie makes a face, "Oh, yeah, I want to..." Josie retorts. "It's...It's a work in...progress," Landon says. "I think I've almost cracked it," Landon says.
Hope looks at Grace, "He almost had the script ready," the auburn haired Mikaelson says. "Oops," Grace says. "I almost feel bad," the girls says.
