"Mark, can you grab Audrey's little booties? The red one's?" Sasha asks as she feeds Audrey while keeping a hand on William's stomach so he doesn't move around too much.
"Yup, here you go," Mark puts the little booties on Audrey, fighting against her kicks before picking his son up, "And where are you going? I think you want to come back to work with Daddy."
Sasha glares at her baby daddy, "No. They are both staying with me all day. You go back to the hospital and work and have a life while I'm here with our adorable children that do nothing but eat, sleep and poop. And not always in that order."
Mark fights a smile as he looks at Sasha, "Doll, are you jealous that I get to go back to work? You just had two babies. Give your body time to heal."
"Go away," Sasha turns her back on him, before turning back to grab William.
The two of them have gotten pretty good over the past couple of weeks on holding both twins at the same time. Mark especially loved to do skin-on-skin with them and have both twins lay on his bare chest as he read a random book to them that they had no hope of understanding.
"If you miss me too much, just give a cry," Mark says, putting his wallet in his pocket.
"Or I'll call you," Sasha shakes her head.
"I was talking to the twins," Mark smirks at her glare, kissing her forehead before kissing each twin on the cheek.

Sasha spends all of two hours in the hotel room with the twins before she loads them into a twin carrier and heads to the hospital. She had spent weeks shopping online for a carrier that allowed both twins to be in front of her or Mark while they were still so young and small.
"Let's go visit Daddy and Aunt Callie and Uncle Alex and Derek and Meredith and Aunt Cristina. Grandma Bailey will be there too. Remember, we only call her grandma behind her back. To her face, she's Aunt Bailey."
They stumble upon Derek and Meredith on the ground, the former asking, "You're asking me if I think you should put your mom's ashes in your cubby or your car?"
"I was gone a couple of weeks and you go full on crazy on me?" Sasha asks, causing the two on the ground to whirl around to her, "Hi."
"Well hello," Derek smiles, standing up to greet Sasha with a quick kiss to her forehead before smiling down at the babies.
Meredith approaches a little more hesitantly, unsure how to behave around the newborns, "Mer, you can come over here. They don't bite. No teeth, all gums."
"Ha," Meredith lets out a forced laugh but is saved from moving forward by a little boy, "Are those really your mom's ashes?"
"It's strange, right? It's strange," Derek says, making faces at William and receiving a blank look in return.
"Are you lost?"
He shakes his head, "No, my mom works in the cafeteria. And she said I could come up here and look for Dr. Sloan. Do you know him?"
Sasha sighs, looking down at the twins, "A little."
Meredith looks to Derek and Sasha, "Do you two mind taking care of him?"
"Yeah. Can you...take care of her?" Derek gestures to the bag of ashes.
"Hey, kid, wanna make some cash?" Sasha smiles.

Sasha and Derek hide the kid behind them as they approach Mark, "Hey, what are you three doing here? I thought-"
