Stevie:  arrived back late of the day. She came to work early even when Richard gave her half a day off when she suddenly got called into work. She laid her head on the desk and try to get some sleep, when someone tap her shoulder. Mumbling " this better be important." 
Derek: " I thought you have half a day off." 
Stevie: " I would have if I didn't get called in." she tried to stay awake. " So what with you? you seem in a good mood." 
Derek:" Well..' he said smiling. " Couldn't it just be I'm happy that my friend is back." 
Stevie: " No. That not it." She said thinking about yesterday when her sister was smiling. " Are you and my sister back together?" 
Derek: " No, Just friends for now." he said as he was at the desk. " Did you Meredith ever tell you why her friends are mad at her?" 
Stevie: " I'm not going to tell you." she said as she want to go back to sleep. 
Derek: " Not even a hint." 
Stevie: " Nope."  she says walking away to get coffee to wake up.

Stevie: " Ten blade." she says after taking a deep breath and doing a couple tap on the floor in her spot before handed the blade.

During Addison surgery an artery burst, squirting blood out as the machine start to beep erratically and in the OR's they are meet with complication. 
Burke: " Paddles. Ten joules." 
Nurse: " He's having a reaction. I have to take him off." 
Derek: " I'm in the middle of his brain." 
Stevie: " We're losing him." she says as they shock their patients and sigh when the machine flatline. " Time of death..." 
Burke: " Time of death..." 
Derek: " Time of death..." 
Addison: " Call it Grey."  she say making the two grey look at her. " I meant Little Grey." 
Meredith:  " time of death 8:17."

Addison: " Dr. S Grey." she says meeting Stevie along the hall and hand her a cup. 
Stevie: mumbling " This better be coffee."  she says taking the drink and drank it, and it turn out to be coco. " ugh. how can you drink this?" 
Addison: " It's Coco Juju." 
Stevie: " What is that?" 
Addison: " In NY, we have this juju cocoa for when we have a day like this." she says before continuing " And also i was hoping we can have a talk." 
Stevie: " About?" 
Addison: " How we meet and if we can be friends. Since i'm trying to be friends with you sister as well. " 
Stevie: " I really don't care. " She says before walking away. " As long as you don't hurt my sister anyway. I really don't care about what you do or what happens." 
Addison: " So friends?" 
Stevie: " Yeah sure. Just don't cause any harm to my sister in anyway. we will be good." she said walking away throwing the coco out.

Cristina: " Great. No blood, no guts, no lives to save. It's dead quiet." she says to herself and the other interns along with Bailey come into the ER to see Stevie sitting at the desk and a few nurse walking around the place.
