Epilogue
"You two have a visitor." The officer said to both me and Touma. We didn't have the luxury of sharing a cell. Instead we were next to each other's instead. I didn't speak to him ever since we got in here. 
We were both lead to the room where there were phones and a glass door. Uncomfortably me and Touma had to sit in the same booth. 
Across from us was Riku. My body went cold and my heart stopped. He was alive. He looked well. We watched as he picked up the phone. He pointed at me specifically to pick it up. I slowly grabbed the phone and held it to my ear. 
"You happy now?" I spoke first. I could feel Touma's annoyed stare. 
He didn't say anything but stared at me. 
"You think that you won just because you're on the other side? I may have been the bad guy but you aren't any better. I actuall-"
"Shut up bro." Touma said. "Stop making the situation worse than it needs to be. You almost killed this guy."
"What the fuck, you're suppose to be on my side!"
Touma shook his head. 
"Riku, I'm sorry for both me and my dumbass brother. I'm sorry."
"You're apologizing to him?!" I was annoyed. 
"Yuuto, Touma." Riku finally spoke. "I just came here to tell you I forgive both of you." His eyes were genuine and he had a small smile on his face. He slowly placed the phone back, stood up, and walked away. 
I blinked a few times until I felt the tears falling. What is wrong with me? If I had to give myself any redeeming factors is that after that encounter, I am glad he is the guy Emi ended up with. 
"Take care of her..." I said under my breath.
