Radi saved Tomura and change him. Now he takes the name Tenko Shimura back.
AFO was healed and redeemed himself. He begin a Quirk donor. The people who didn't want to become Heroes and wanted a normal life, they give if they wanted their Quirks and AFO give them to the Quirkless people who want to become Heroes.
Radi make his debut after he graduated and rose up in the rank.
Lofie had a daughter with 2 Quirks, Brainwashing and Healing from her and Hitoshi. Lofie became the Healer of UA after Recovery Girl died by old age like Gran Torino.
Koda become more confident thanks to Izuku. Now he has 2 kids together with Pony.

Tenya tried to force Izuku to forgive them by kidnapping Eri and Kota. That didn't go well for him. Izuku manage to rescue them and make Tenya unable to have kids by melting his balls with his Acid and Lofie stopped the bleeding.
