All Aboard to The Digital World part 2

                                    

                                          


   A tidal wave. An endless fog. A static storm. An infinite tunnel. A burst of snow. A foray into an unending network of webs and weaves. Spirals and gears. Ladders and rails. Marinette wished she could describe everything she saw plummeting through that portal to the other side but the words would not come. The designer in her would have wished to look at this for a while. The unparalleled levels of inspiration for designs she could gain from it would make her fashion outshine Gabriel Agreste's finest work.
   But she had a job to do.
  "Stay together." Cosmobug stated through the static in her helmet. 
  "This is... amazing!" Pegasus gasped as they flew through the expanse. "Simply unbelievable! I need time... time to adjust to... to..."
  "Just wait till we actually get there." Mechanorimon chuckled digitally.
  A light appeared ahead of them. A hole opening in the auroral infinity. 
  "That's our exit." Lillymon called flying forward. "Hold on tight, it only gets bumpier from here!"
  The group approached or rather fell toward the light. 
  "Get ready we don't know what's waiting on the other-
  RRRRAAAAUUURRRR!!!
  Side... uh oh."
  The portal bulged and rippled as a huge metal head began to rip through.
   "What is that?!?" Pegasus yelped.
  "Scanning database." Markov piped up as Mechanorimon fed it data.
  "Metaltyranomon! Ultimate level, it's body is covered in metal armor and it's arms function as a laser platform and missile launcher!" Pegasus read out the data as the beast ripped itself into the gap between worlds.
  "Oh no you don't!" Lillymon dove in before the metal behemoth could full enter the breach between worlds. "You're going home!"
  Lillymon slammed full speed into the chrome creature forcing it backward through the portal.
  "Follow them don't get separated!" Cosmobug shot after them with Mechanorimon jetting in behind as they crossed the threshold into a whole new world.
   The crossover was as smooth as one could hope for going from one world to another. The landing however was less so.
  The portal opened several hundred feet in the sky with gravity doing one-eighties every few feet from the ground to the gaping gash in the sky. All around Cosmobug could see Digimon of all shapes and makes swimming through the air as they tried desperately to get to the portal. She didn't have time to stop them but she could stop one.
  Cosmobug lashed her yo-yo to metaltyranomon's right arm and swung herself around it as the metallic tyrannosaur tried to wrestle away from Lillymon.
   "Giga Blaster 2" the monster roared aiming its hand at Lillymon.
  "Guess again sucker!" Cosmobug fired her booster jets and swung around the rampaging Digimon until she came around and slammed all her momentum into his arm forcing it into his own head as he fired!
   BOOOOOM!!!
  All the fight left the ultimate monster as its own attack literally blew up in his face. Lillymon and Cosmobug flew away as the monster fell and together with Mechanorimon they land in... the strangest forest Cosmobug had ever seen.
  "Betelgammamon slide evolution!
   Kausgammamon!"

  Red shifted to blue as the Digimon doubled in speed laying a beat down on a swarm of Vilemon.
  "Oh this is too cool!" Caprikid smirked as his digivice reacted again. "But I don't think this is quite the color we need let's try again!"

  "Kausgammamon slide evolution!
   Gulusgammamon!"
  Blue darkens to purple and the Digimon charges into the fray. Another Digimon attempts to breach the barrier. A large multicolored turtle. But before it could get further than a prideful roar, Gulusgammamon shoves its fist down its throat and detonated an attack.
  "Desdemona." It called its words of power blasting the archelon to bits.
  "Hmm a touch of darkness brings out the light but I don't think this is what we need either." Nathaniel held up his digivice. "Once more!"
  "Gulusgammamon slide evolution!
      Wezengammamon!"
  The humanoid triceratops expanded until it was robust and metal baring two large cannons for horns.
  "That's what I'm talking about! Time to rain fire!" Caprikid raised his staff. "And the finishing touch. Genesis!"
   The goat hero drew in the air forming a visor over the new Digimon's head. A visor appeared on the digimon's head.
  "Guaranteed to cut away glare and increase vision clarity in any lighting." The artist smirked.
  "Oh yeah!" Wezengammamon opened fire with its horns firing electric rail blasts at the swarm of Digimon rising from the portal.
  "This is crazy!" Lapdog wimpered. She and Dorulumon watched as a line of white knight shaped Digimon rose up in front of her in the portal. "I can't- I can't fight all this there's too many! All I have is a ball!" Sabrina was panicking. This was worse than when Chloe was mad at her.
  Speaking of which.
   "Lapdog!" Queen Bee's voice somehow managed to peak the sensitivity of Lapdog's ear piece. "That better not be you I hear being self deprecating."
  "B-b-but Chloe!"
  "No buts!" Queen Bee shouted. "You think I keep you around cause you're a quitter? You think I gave you that miraculous just cause you look cute in it?"
  "You think I look cute?"
  "Sabrina!"
  The dog heroine cringed at the shout.
  "I keep you around cause you're the best of the best when it comes to getting the job done. No matter what it is." Chloe roared.
  The other heroes across Paris had to do a double take. Was Chloe Bourgeois being... supportive?!! Maybe the world really was coming to an end.
  "Get out there and kick their butts!" The bee heroine commanded.
  Lapdog's eyes lit with a righteous fire.
  "Yes my queen!" She shouted. Dorulumon stepped up next to her as her digivice flowed.
  "Whatever you need of me. Just ask it." The giant hound stated.
  "I need fire power!"
  "Alright!"
