-Nick-I blinked as my phone rang on my side table. I wiped my eyes, reaching over and picking the phone up.
Dad? I answered the phone quickly, coughing the sleep out of my voice.
"Dad? Is everything okay?"
"Is Lola okay? I had a feeling she needed me." Once he spoke about Willow, I looked to my left only to see she was not beside me any longer. That leaves two potential places she would be. Either with Noah, god willing. It she'd be outside smoking a joint at this hour, having not been able to fall asleep.
"She's had a lot going on. Hold on dad, let me find her." I got out of bed, walking across the floor, then the hallway. I quietly opened up Noah's bedroom door, smiling at the sight before me. She was sleeping on top of Noah, his arms wound tightly around her waist. Her face was buried deep in his hair and neck. His face was pressed against the top of her head. I was happy to know they had worked through it. The credits to Soul Eater playing quietly in the background.
"Yeah dad, she's fine. She's asleep with Noah." I spoke softly, closing the door quietly. Not wanting to wake either of my friends up. A soft chuckle left my fathers lips as I heard him walk across the creaking of the old floorboards.
"Okay. We miss you guys, you should come visit soon. Bring my girl." I smiled, knowing that I should visit my family more often. It had been a few years, I also wanted them to come to California. I wanted to show them everything here, have them meet everyone.
"I miss you guys also. We all do, and you know I couldn't beat her away with a ten foot pole. Lilo was actually talking about you earlier tonight actually. Someone made her think of you." I smiled at the memory, and here was my father calling to check on her. It was like he knew.
"Sweet angel. Tell her to call me in the morning, no rush. I just want to talk her ear off for a bit. I love you Nicholas." It warmed my heart how much my family loved her, especially my father. The only thing keeping them from being related was a piece of paper. I could practically see the smile in his voice, it matched my own. Growing up I was always told I had my fathers smile, as I've gotten older I have found that I do.
"I love you too dad. Get some rest." We both hung up, I yawned as I looked at the time on my phone. It was around four in the morning, I plugged my phone back in and fell asleep again.
-Noah-
I woke up before her, she was deep in her dreams as I rested my head on top of hers. Feeling her hands clench and unclench the sheet that she held tightly in her fist. I knew she was having a good dream because of the soft noises that left her. They were content noises, happy noises. The only sounds that should ever leave her. I ran my fingers up and down the back of her thigh, down to the back of her knee. She was ticklish there and it caused her knees to slide off of me, on either side of my hips. The movement caused a stirring between my legs as I felt her center against my dick, which was already struggling against a bad case of morning wood.
I felt and heard the soft giggle that bubbled up from her lips, she turned her head to look up at me. A twinkle in her bright green eyes, a brightness that showed she felt free finally; having revealed everything she could remember to me last night.
If I didn't want to kill Alex before, I certainly did now. His whole family was officially on my shit list for what they did to her, what they held and dangled over her head to keep her in an abusive relationship. I couldn't get over the fact they knew. There was a lot that was going to take me a while to get over.
"Don't laugh at me, I can't help that I woke up with the love of my life on top of me. Who happens to be the sexiest woman ever." I spoke quietly, brushing the hair off her face. She blinked tiredly at me, pulling her lip between her teeth. A smirk spread across her face when my dick reacted against her, she reached down to hold it in her hand. I pulled her hand away before grabbing her hips, lifting her slightly and moving her to where my dick was against her entrance. She winked down at me before she slid down on me, her head lulling back as she moaned quietly.
